Raye was forced to halt her performance at All Points East Festival, which took place at Victoria Park, London on Saturday.
The singer, 27, was speaking to the crowd during her set when a fan collapsed in the crowd.
After being alerted to trouble in the audience, Raye announced: ‘We’ve got some pointing and waving over there is everything alright. Security please can we get some people over there.
‘Security is coming. Can we clear a path please. Can we get a thumbs up when help has been received.
‘Someone has passed out I think, are they ok? I hope this person is alight. Thumbs up, okay they are being sorted out.’
As fans confirmed everything was ok with a thumbs up, the crowd began to cheer.

Over the bank holiday weekend the festival will also see performances from Chase & Status, Barry Can’t Swim and The Maccabees
Support at these shows will come from the likes of Tyla, Bombay Bicycle Club and Confidence Man.
Last week, fans were left devastated after Doechii pulled out of performing at All Points East Festival as well as two other upcoming gigs.
Doechii, 27, was due to perform on Saturday but the festival announced that she would no longer be doing her set in a social media statement on Tuesday.
They said on Instagram: ‘We’re very sorry to announce that Doechii will no longer be performing at her upcoming shows.
‘She is an incredible artist, and, like all of her fans, we were hugely excited to see her on stage. All Points East has an amazing line-up including RAYE, Tyla, JADE, Jyoty, Nao and many more, and it’s set to be a truly unforgettable day.’
Doechii has also pulled out of Forwards Bristol festival on Sunday and has cancelled her performance on Thursday at Rock en Seine in Paris.
Doechii has not yet released a statement herself and there has not been a reason given for her not performing.
