Perrie Edwards has revealed how her son Axel reacted to seeing her Madame Tussauds waxwork when they visited the London museum.
The singer, 30, told how her son, two, sweetly shouted ‘that’s mamma!’ when he saw her waxwork, which is positioned next to figures of her Little Mix bandmates.
However, when Perrie tried to ask Axel what he thought, he brutally cut in and asked if he could go and ‘sit on auntie Leigh-Leigh’s knee’.
During an interview on Heart with hosts Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, she was asked whether the wax figurines will be kept together after the band’s break up.
Perrie explained : ‘No, no, they’re still there. I took my little boy to see them a few weeks ago and he was buzzing.

‘He was so excited! Honestly, we walked over and he went, “that’s Mamma!” I went, “yeah, what do you think?” and before I could finish my “what do you think?,” he was like, ‘I want to go sit on auntie Leigh-Leigh’s knee.’
Jamie joked that her son’s remark was ‘brutal’, as Perrie replied: ‘‘And I was like, ‘right, how very dare you!
‘Well, you can’t sit on them because they’re made of wax, so you’ll have to come and stand with me at the side. Honestly, he loved it though. He loved it.’
Elsewhere during the chat, Perrie spoke about embarking on her new career path after releasing her first album as a solo artist.
Jamie said: ‘Over the 10 years with the other girls, obviously you’ve had numerous single release days and, you know, you must be so used to it. How different is it doing interviews and being out there without the others around?’
Perrie replied: ‘Completely different. Like, I think part of my subconscious is so tapped into the fact that I have had girls around me 24/7 for the last 12 years, that I get in the car, and I just automatically assume they’ll be there.
‘Or anything that we’re planning in my schedule, I’m like, “yeah, do we want to, do we?” and it’s all “we” and I’m like, “no, it’s all me now.”
And it’s really bizarre to me, that I have put on my big girl pants and be like, “no, I can do this on my own now,” which is really scary! But it’s really exciting.’

Her new single Forget About Us was released on Friday and the catchy tune hit #1 on UK iTunes within hours of release.
Perrie revealed that her son Axel is her number one fan, who she explained already ‘knows all the words’ to all of her songs at just age two.
Appearing on Capital Breakfast on Friday, host Sian Welby asked the star: ‘I wondered whether you played the songs to Axel, just for a bit of reaction?’
Perrie then explained that her son is her biggest fan, and even has his own nickname for her recording studio, ‘the la la room’.
She said: ‘Yes, I play him everything. My studio is in the house so he calls it the ‘la la room’ and he’ll just let himself in mid takes, like I’m in my zone, and he’ll just come in.. ‘la la la la la’ and then he’s like, ‘not this one’.
‘Like anytime I put a ballad on he’s like “not this.” And I’m like, “oh, you don’t want this ballad?” And he goes, “no, I want to dance”.
‘And I’m like, okay, so you want a more upbeat one, and he’s got his favourite, which I can’t name now. But he will be like “play, play” and as soon as it comes on, he like, goes for it. And he knows all the words to all the songs. It’s so cute!’
