The nominees for the 2024 People’s Choice Awards were announced on Thursday morning.
Barbie did very well, and was nominated for Movie Of The Year alongside Fast X, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Oppenheimer, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, TAYLOR SWIFT | THE ERAS TOUR FILM, The Little Mermaid and The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
Barbie star Margot Robbie was also singled out for Female Movie Star of 2023.
Also in that category are Florence Pugh for Oppenheimer, Halle Bailey for The Little Mermaid, Jenna Ortega for Scream VI, Jennifer Lawrence for No Hard Feelings, Julia Roberts for Leave the World Behind, Rachel Zegler for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, and Viola Davis for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
Ryan Gosling from Barbie was included in the Male Movie Star Of The Year category.

In the Reality TV star of the Year category are Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe.
They will compete with Ariana Madix for Vanderpump Rules, Chrishell Stause for Selling Sunset, Garcelle Beauvais for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kandi Burruss for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kyle Richards for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino for Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
Actor and author Simu Liu (Barbie, Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) joins as host for this year’s People’s Choice Awards.
The 2024 People’s Choice Awards will air live on Sunday, February 18 from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

Liu is nominated for a People’s Choice Award in the Movie Performance category for his role in the smash hit film ‘Barbie.’
In 2021, he won Action Movie Star for Marvel’s ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ and was nominated in the Male Movie Star category for the same role.

Kyle Richards was nominated for her show Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Prior to his breakout Marvel role, Liu starred in the CBC/Netflix comedy series ‘Kim’s Convenience’ for five seasons.
Voting for the 2024 ‘People’s Choice Awards’ runs today through Jan. 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Fans can vote online at www.votepca.com. Additionally, votes cast on Turbo Tuesday, Jan. 16, will count twice, equaling a maximum of two votes per day, per category. The eligibility window for all categories is from the 2023 calendar year.
Categories have expanded this year to include ‘Male Country Artist,’ ‘Female Country Artist,’ ‘Male Latin Artist,’ ‘Female Latin Artist,’ and ‘Concert Tour.’
