Paramore were forced to halt their performance during Taylor Swift’s third Wembley Stadium on Saturday after noticing a fan in the crowd who needed medical attention.
The band, who have been supporting the singer during the European leg of her Eras Tour show, briefly interrupted their hit song to check on a member of the crowd.
A few lines into Only Exception, Hayley Williams, who noticed a fan needed medical attention, said to the rest of her bandmates: ‘We’ve got to stop,’ before asking some members in the crowd: ‘Are you guys all right?’
The sold-out stadium quickly fell silent as the fan received help from security, and Hayley said to the crowd: ‘Sorry, let’s just make sure they’re okay before we start again’.
While the entire stadium fell silent, Hayley then attempted to lighten the mood with a joke by saying: ‘Wow, Wembley it seems really quiet in here now’.

Fans were pleading to be let in quicker so that they didn’t miss the start of the show, where the star sang Cruel Summer, The Man and Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince first.
A concert goer said: ‘It was chaos they wouldn’t let anyone in without a wristband. They would bring some up but run out and you had to wait ages each time before they got more.’

Apart from Paramore, who are slated to play at every show, the other artists will each perform for one night.
