This pampered pooch is sure to make you paw-se for a second glimpse as she struts around parks and sidewalks while modelling the latest designer apparel.
Meet Tika, the 12-year-old Italian Greyhound who enjoys getting dressed up in stylish outfits and attending exclusive fashion events all over the globe, along with her owner Thomas Sharpio, 32, from Montreal, Canada.
This chic canine is often dripped in custom-made couture – with a closet of clothing worth $20,000 – and is a regular at fashion week events in Paris, New York and Milan.
Tika currently has a wardrobe of 400 luxury items, and, when not sashaying down catwalks around the globe, only indulges in a tailored raw and fresh diet.
Owner Thomas spends an average of 60 dollars a week on Tika’s food – around $500 every two months.

Thomas and his partner, Louis, 36, have two children together, Harrison, two and Eleanor, one, alongside a one-year old Italian Greyhound called Kala, who they also enjoy dressing up in a range of luxe attire.
Although many of Tika’s pieces have been gifted due to her sponsorships with brands, full time content creator Thomas said of Tika’s impressive closet: ‘All of her clothes are custom made.
‘They can range anywhere from $100 to $170 per item. Most dresses are worth between $170 to $510.’
Due to the climate in Montreal often being cold, rainy or glazed with layers of ice and snow, Thomas and Louis, a project manager, have always dressed Tika up in clothes.
Thomas said: ‘Breeds like Greyhounds are like humans, she had a wardrobe before we even started sharing photos online. We live in Canada and it is always cold and rainy. You have to be prepared.’
In 2016, Thomas began posting Tika’s outfits online – taking inspiration from the likes of Lady Gaga, Celine Dion and Cher.
He said: ‘I get most of my inspiration from current runways, but also from people like Lady Gaga, Celine Dion and Cher – you know the icons.’
After quickly amassing a large following online, the polished pup has now had the opportunity to work with big fashion brands such as Boss, Dior, Chanel, Fendi and Vogue.

Day to day, Tika wears more practical clothing and layers up in a onesie, overcoat, boots, hat and snood
The exposure has also meant Tika has been granted the privilege to walk down the catwalk at fashion weeks across the world.

Thomas said: ‘When picking an outfit it can vary. If it is day to day we aim for comfort. For her she is wearing a onesie, she is very used to it.’
Once Tika ‘retires,’ younger pooch Kala is also ready to follow in the diva dog’s footsteps.
Thomas said: ‘Kala will take over. She is really not slowing down though and we won’t ever force her.’
Tika and Kala have a strict diet to ensure they stay fit, healthy and camera ready, but are treated to food full of proteins and high fibers.
Thomas explained: ‘We always feed them freeze dry raw food. We give them supplements and we give them fresh veggies and fruit. The girls love it and they are in great shape.’
Not only are the pooches spoilt with endless designer garments, trips overseas and a tasty, varied diet – the dogs are provided with a king sized bed to sleep in alongside their owners.

Thomas believes Tika is a ‘trend setter’ and ‘icon,’ and claims Tika has paved the way for fashion brands to expand their petwear ranges
Tika and Kala can sleep for up to 21 hours a day and have 12 dog beds throughout the house, but Thomas insists the dogs are more comfortable near a source of heat.
He said: ‘They sleep in a kings size bed with me and my husband. They are always looking for heat, they love to be near you.’
Thomas believes Tika is a ‘trend setter’ and ‘icon,’ and claims Tika has paved the way for fashion brands to expand their petwear ranges, while inspiring fellow dog owners to dress their pups in couture clothing.
He said: “Other dogs are now dressing up I think Tika started this thing. When you go into a store there are more options for dogs, than there were five to six years ago.’
Meanwhile, another dog in is living her best life with inspired, artful meals that look like they’ve been made in a Michelin Star restaurant – with ingredients including caviar, moose and salmon on the menu.
Shannon Arney, 32 – a stay-at-home mother from Tasmania – feeds her dog Echo, a Smithfield-border collie cross, an entirely raw diet to make sure she has the ‘best nutrition.’
