alert-–-orange-is-the-new-black-star-lea-delaria-is-accused-of-‘domestic-terrorism’-for-unhinged-anti-trump-rant-calling-for-him-to-be-blown-upAlert – Orange Is The New Black star Lea DeLaria is accused of ‘domestic terrorism’ for unhinged anti-Trump rant calling for him to be blown up

Orange Is the New Black’s Lea DeLaria unleashed a profanity-laden rant against Donald Trump Monday, during which she appeared to call on Joe Biden to assassinate him.

DeLaria’s declaration came days after the Supreme Court ruled the president of the United States has immunity from prosecution for official acts in office, helping Trump’s chances in his most recent reelection bid.

The actress who played inmate Carrie ‘Big Boo’ Black one the hit Netflix show had some choice words as a result, though not for the Republican, but Biden and the conservative-dominated court.

She called Associate Justice Clarence Thomas an ‘Uncle Tom,’ and beseeched Biden ‘to take out’ his now four-year rival.

‘Done. I’m Done. I’m f**king seriously done,’ the 66-year-old begins, in a clip that saw some commenters go on to accuse her of ‘domestic terrorism’. The post, published on Monday, comes about a year after DeLaria revealed she had secretly wed longtime girlfriend Dalia Gladstone.

‘The Supreme Court has p***ed me off so much right now. Like, so much,’ she continues, appearing before her more than 1.1million followers in sunglasses and a fitted Yankee cap.

‘Joe, you’re a reasonable man. You don’t wanna do this, but here’s the reality,’ she adds, before laying out her self-professed strategy.

‘This is a f**king war. This is a war now. And we are fighting for our f**king lives.

‘And these a**holes are gonna take it away,’ she continues, with tears in her eyes.

‘They’re going to take it away.’

Growing increasingly animated and curt, she proclaims, ‘F**k you, Clarence “Uncle” Thomas. F**k you.

‘Joe, you now have the right to take that b**ch Trump out,’ she goes on to claim.

In the dismal tirade, she urged Biden to ‘blow him up’, referring to Trump.

‘Facts,’ she says as a signoff.

In an accompanying caption, she continued her tirade against the former president, while challenging dissidents with different opinions.

She again curses out Trump and the GOP, branding them ‘anti-democracy a**holes’ and ‘tyrants.’

Ignoring how the very same court made same-sex marriage legal less than a decade before, she claimed, ‘It’s all out war now. They will destroy us,’ referring to the GOP.

‘They only want power… F**k them,’ she wrote at one point.

The argumentative post quickly sparked pushback, with commenters calling the rhetoric not only divisive, but dangerous.

‘Shouldn’t violent content like this be taken down,’ one such person asked.

Another person attempted to tag the FBI, writing, ‘She is inciting violent acts on a former sitting president.

‘If anyone else said this they [would] be paid a visit!’ that person added.

Commenters were quick to accuse her of 'domestic terrorism', with one asking if she was calling for the assassination of a former president

Other went as far as to accuse  DeLaria of domestic terrorism, with one person writing, ‘Are you calling for the assassination of a former president?’

Another similarly sniped, ‘This sounds threatening and harmful to an ex president, is that legal? Wouldn’t that be domestic terrorism?’

DeLaria did not respond to those inquiries.

Since starring in Orange Is The New Black, she’s had a variety of bit parts on shows like Awkwafina is Nora from Queens. Most have been one-offs.

In April of last year, she tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Gladstone, a former receptionist who also lives in New York City.

Breaking the news to Page Six at the time, she said the marriage ‘was not a big deal.’

The U.S. Supreme Court struck down all state bans on same-sex marriage, legalized it in all fifty states, and required states to honor out-of-state same-sex marriage licenses in June 2015.
