An Oasis fan last night fell to his death at Wembley Stadium during the Gallagher brothers’ sell out concert.
A man, aged in his 40s, was fatally injured at around 10.19pm and is thought to have plunged from the upper tier balcony.
One eyewitness told the Daily Mail they heard screams and shouts after the male had tumbled from the balcony.
They said: ‘It was horrendous. The guy fell from a balcony. Paramedics came rushing over. There was a lot of screaming and shouting.
‘It was a big fall. God knows how it happened. It was so tragic. I don’t know how on earth it happened.
‘It was heartbreaking. He was only young.’
Another fan witness paramedics trying to revive the male after he had hit the concrete floor.
They told The Sun the first thought a coat was falling from above until they looked over.
‘I was directly underneath in section 211. At first glance I thought it was a coat falling from the above tier but then I looked and saw the bloke on the concrete. It was horrific to see,’ they said.
A spokesperson for the force said: ‘At around 22:19hrs on Saturday, 2 August, officers on duty at Wembley Stadium for the Oasis concert responded alongside venue medics and the London Ambulance Service to reports that a person had been injured.
‘A man – aged in his 40s – was found with injuries consistent with a fall. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
‘The stadium was busy, and we believe it is likely a number of people witnessed the incident, or may knowingly or unknowingly have caught it on mobile phone video footage.
‘If you have any information that could help us to confirm what happened, please call 101, quoting 7985/02AUG.’
Liam Gallagher’s ex-wife Nicole Appleton and her pal Spice Girl Emma Bunton were among watching Oasis perform last night.
The former All Saints star took to Instagram on Saturday to reveal she was watching Oasis with Spice Girl Emma, her younger sister Nat and actress Donna Air.
Elsewhere on Saturday, Liam’s daughter Molly Moorish-Gallagher, 27 – who he shares with his ex Lisa Moorish – was also in attendance at his Oasis Wembley gig.
She posted some Instagram Stories from the crowd as she watched her dad and uncle perform to hundreds of thousands of people.
It’s been almost a month since the siblings performed together for the first time in 16 years following an epic falling out backstage in Paris which sparked the band’s split.
While it’s been feared that a major bust-up between the once-warring brothers could put a halt to the live shows, their latest gig showed that the pair are still on track.
Liam made a sweet onstage gesture to his brother Noel as they took to the stage on Wednesday.
As they continued their Oasis ’25 tour at during their third show at Wembley, Liam left fans in awe as he dedicated a song to his older brother, 58.
Ahead of belting out his next track, Liam told the crowd: ‘Now I’ve gotta dedicate this next tune to our kid – Stand By Me’, reports The Sun.
The emotional moment was captured by a fan who shared a clip to X, with music lovers rushing to the comments to share how it made them feel.
