Oasis have confirmed this morning they are reuniting for a UK and Ireland tour in 2025, with four blockbuster gigs at Wembley.
The major announcement came at 8am after Noel and Liam Gallagher fuelled speculation about a reunion.
The Manchester brothers have not performed on stage with one another since breaking up in 2009 but are now reuniting for a string of gigs next year.
They will play in Manchester’s Heaton Park, Wembley, Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, and Dublin’s Croke Park.
In a statement, Oasis hinted the tour could go global with ‘plans underway for Oasis Live ’25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year’.
They said: ‘The guns have fallen silent.The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see.It will not be televised.’
The Gallaghers both posted a short clip of the band’s logo on Sunday on their social media feeds teasing an announcement at 8am this morning along with the official Oasis account.
