NRL star Victor Radley is looking to score a big win after listing his gorgeous home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs with a price guide of over $4million.
Located in Waverley, 8kms from the CBD, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad was bought by the 25-year-old Roosters star in 2021 for $2,999,000.
Radley, a trained carpenter, then spent an estimated $500,000 on renovations which were carried out by KY design.
Known as a ‘bad boy’ of the NRL, Radley is looking to find a bigger home after welcoming his first child this month with partner Taylah Cratchley, reported the Daily Telegraph on Tuesday.
The new listing comes after Radley failed to offload the home at auction in November for $4.4million.

Originally built in the 1930’s as a two-bedroom, two-level semi-detached home, Radley aded two more bedrooms and converted the property into a stylish up-scale property.
Situated near Clovelly Beach and Bronte Beach, the chic home boasts a backyard entertainment deck, a spacious open plan and a ‘rumpus room’.
There’s also a large ‘European’ style kitchen with marble benches, a breakfast island and the latest technology.
