Chicago Police told the dailynorthwestern.com that the alarm was raised when a witness reported hearing a shot ring out and witnessing an armed female and a group of people fighting.

Video reportedly of the incident posted online showed a woman pulling a handgun during a fierce argument with a man in a street.
