Investigators have uncovered new evidence from NCIS actor Gabriel Olds amid stunning sex abuse allegations from former lovers.

The actor’s computers and phone were seized and the data will be used as evidence against the Yale grad. He is currently facing trial for a slew of graphic sex crimes.

Olds is accused of raping, choking – and even punching – women during sexual encounters.

Despite the charges, some ex-lovers have voiced support for the actor, with one insisting, ‘It was the best sex I have ever had.’

The data dump included ‘four terabytes’ of information, according to Prosecutor Jeffrey Megee of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The disclosure was made during Friday’s pretrial hearing in Dept. 31 at the Airport Courthouse.

Olds, 52, was unrecognizable in an orange jail uniform with glasses and had shaggy, unkempt hair. He appeared to have lost weight.

He uttered only three words during the two-minute hearing as he sat next to co-counsel Jeremy Babich.

When asked by Judge Cathryn Brougham if he understood his next hearing date would be on April 17, Olds responded, ‘Yes, your Honor.’

Magee told the judge he had ‘turned over an external hard drive with four terabytes of data taken from phones and received through a search warrant’ to Olds’ legal team.

Babich responded, ‘That is correct, your Honor.’

With that, Olds – slightly stooped – shuffled back out of court, escorted by a bailiff, down to a holding cell before being transported by bus back to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s North County Correctional Facility, located 45 miles north near Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Olds appearance was a far cry from his days as an proficient actor in Hollywood which saw him win roles on hit shows such as ‘NCIS’, ‘Law & Order’ and ‘Charmed.’

In 2021, he won fans for his portrayal of televangelist Pat Robertson in the indie film ‘The Eyes of Tammy Faye.’

After the hearing, Det. Brent Hopkins, of LAPD’s Special Assault Section, told DailyMail.com that investigators have spent the last several months retrieving the newly acquired data which includes ‘texts, emails and browser search details.’

Hopkins said he didn’t know if the retrieved date included videos of Olds being intimate with or abusing his alleged victims.

Former lovers with differing opinions of Olds have attended previous court hearings – with supporters and other women allegedly abused by him sitting in a few seats away from each other which Hopkins described as as ‘unusual.’

Olds is accused of assaulting six women aged approximately between 30 and 50 years old from 2013 to 2023, revealed the detective.

He is currently charged with 12 felony counts of rape, sodomy and other sexual offenses on the six women.

There are also over six ‘character witnesses’ who have made similar claims against the former actor, said Hopkins.

It was reported earlier this week in the Los Angeles Times that some of his former lovers had written explicit letters of support to Judge Brougham.

‘He taught me about a world of intimacy which was beyond my experience,’ wrote one.

‘He was such a gentle ass slapper, I told him he could go harder,’ writes another former hook-up in a series of extraordinary character letters supporting Olds.

Olds was arrested in Los Angeles at his rental property last August in the Studio City area of LA.

‘We would incorporate choking and other painful acts, and we frequently videotaped ourselves too,’ wrote another woman to Judge Brougham

‘It was the best sex I have ever had,’ said another former lover who wrote fondly of the couple’s ‘situationship,’

Det. Hopkins previously told DailyMail.com the case is, ‘definitely unique, not like any other case that I’ve handled or we’ve seen for quite a while.

‘I’m not surprised that he has people supporting him. He’s a charming guy, he’s very charismatic and has an impressive background.

‘There are plenty of people who enjoy that lifestyle and as long as everyone’s consenting to it and talks about it before and after and are all on the same page, no problems at all.

‘The problem for him is that he did not always get consent and crossed that line from a relationship between two adults and the privacy of someone’s bedroom into something that became a crime and landed him in jail,’ he said.

Hopkins advises couples to know their comfort level before things get out of hand in the bedroom.

‘Ideally, they’re going to get that established beforehand,’ he said.

‘Is it okay if I do this? Yes or no? And check in with the person ahead of time.

‘It’s not very romantic, not very passionate to sit down and discuss this thing ahead of time – but it’s also going to avoid a lot of the confusion and a lot of the fear that people have when they’re not consenting to it.

‘If two people agree in advance, “Hey, we’re going to have sex and it’s okay for you to spank me or pull my hair or do whatever else” – if both people say, yes, that’s okay then that’s not a crime.’

Olds’ attorneys insist the accusers had asked to be choked as part of erotic asphyxiation sex-play.

Lead defense attorney Leonard Levine is also defending Monica Sementilli – accused of plotting to murder her famous hair stylist husband Fabio. She pled not guilty to charges of murder with special circumstances and conspiracy.

Olds is currently being held on $3.5 million bail. If convicted he faces a maximum sentence of 93 years to life in prison. The trial is expected to begin next year, said Hopkins.
