A Colorado CEO has been charged with hurling a 15-year-old boy to the floor of an In-N-Out Burger for splashing his wife while hurling water at his friends.
Lucas Kalisher, 55, was charged with second-degree assault by cops in Loveland, Colorado, over the August 4th incident at an In N-Out-Burger in the Denver suburb.
He was filmed hurling an unidentified child down onto the tiled floor of a restaurant after the youngster struck his wife with water droplets while splashing a pal.
There was a warrant out for Kalisher’s arrest and on Tuesday night around 10.30pm, nearly 10 days after the incident, he turned himself into the Larimer County Jail.
Video shows an enraged Kalisher grab the teen by his neck and yell at him to ‘apologize,’ as he held the young man in front of the blond-haired woman sitting at the table.
‘You don’t treat a lady that way,’ he yelled as the boy’s two friends watched in shock and said ‘Jerome, Bro,’ as their friend was forcefully pushed to the ground.
His friends said in disbelief, ‘You don’t… a kid like that.’
When the teen got back to his feet, the man said to the boy repeatedly, ‘say sorry… say sorry… say you are sorry.’
The video was shared online and viewed hundreds of thousands of times, sparking fury among those who watched it.
The incident took place on Saturday at the popular fast food restaurant in Loveland, Colorado.
The woman is heard speaking to the teen as the man continues to berate him.
Many went to TikTok, X and Facebook to share how disturbed they were after viewing the video and were trying to find the identity of the man.
TikToker Momma5Love reposted the video. She said the original video was taken down. ‘This kid was unrelated to the man! Water was accidentally splashed on the woman and this is how he reacted. How she encouraged him to react.’
Many who viewed the video were devastated – even bringing some to tears.
‘I don’t know what happened. That story made me cry because is a teen,’ they said.
Another wrote: ‘It does not matter what that boy could’ve done in that restaurant I guarantee you it wasn’t anything to deserve THAT type of reaction from a stranger,’ someone wrote.
‘No matter what you don’t treat a kid like that and who is he to put his hands on him like that,’ said another.
Not acceptable at all,’ someone said. ‘ I hope his parents pursued this further.’
The father of one of the other teens wrote in a Facebook group hours after the horrifying ordeal that his ‘son’s teenaged friend was assaulted by a full grown man in the In-N-Out in Loveland over accidentally getting water on his wife.’
‘Does any body know this man so there can be some justice for this young man! Feel free to share this!
