The man writing graffiti on the shed was confronted by the owner before he turned around and walked away with his bike.
‘I paid $16k for this whole place, to rebuild it,’ the owner told the men.
One of them replied: ‘You paid $16k? This guy didn’t sand it dude. F****** terrible.’
The owner said: ‘It’s a $25,000 fine so I am going to forward this video to the cops.’
But the second man, seen vandalizing the property, sarcastically said: ‘Oh no.’
While his friend added: ‘Forward it to the cops.’
The Flowers Cafe owner shared a video of the ordeal on Instagram and wrote: ‘I’m wondering if someone knows these guys who ruined my outdoor seating?
‘Any leads will be appreciated.’

‘When he told them how much it cost him and what the fines would be, they mock him and walk away.
‘They laughed as he threatened to call the police, knowing that there is virtually nothing the NYPD could do in the current environment, short of giving them a small fine.
‘Meanwhile, the owner could be fined $25,000 for not cleaning their vandalism.’
She added: ‘Why would anyone want to bother opening a business under these conditions?’
