A Minnesota brewery worker was in for a surprise when a stream of ale shot out of a brewery container, sending him flying backwards.
Brendan Babcock, an employee at Back Channel Brewing Co., was checking a brewery container on January 23 when beer suddenly shot out of a tank valve.
The stream threw him backwards, sending him careening to floor, where he landed squarely on his back.
Babcock leapt to his feet and hurried back to the container. He attempted to close the leak as beer sputtered out of the hole, spraying everywhere.
As he struggled, another employee rushed in to assist, ducking to dodge the shower of ale.
