Miley Cyrus is ‘looking forward to starting over again’ in 2025.
The 32-year-old pop star has admitted that she feels ‘bittersweet’ about saying goodbye to 2024 – but Miley is now looking forward to the New Year with a renewed sense of optimism.
The ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ hitmaker – who has been dating musician Maxx Morando since 2021 – wrote on Instagram: ‘HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND NEW YEAR!
‘It’s bittersweet saying goodbye to a year that has been so good to me, but I am looking forward to starting over again.
‘This is one of my favorite parts of not just the creative process but the way life has chosen to teach me.
‘In everything I do I like to go ALL the way. Give it ALL I’ve got. ALL for it to come to an end, move on and start anew.’
She added, ‘At times it can be a heartbreaking process but I’ve always known the pieces to come back together and create something beautiful.

In August, Miley became the youngest-ever star to receive Disney Legend status.
The pop star first rose to fame as Hannah Montana in the hit Disney Channel series, and Miley admitted that she’s ‘still proud to have been Hannah Montana’.
In an emotional acceptance speech, Miley – who is the daughter of singer Billy Ray Cyrus – said: ‘I was Hannah Montana and I was so proud to be.
‘This award is dedicated to Hannah and all of her amazing, loyal fans, and to everyone who has made my dream a reality.
‘To quote the legend herself, this is the life.’
Earlier this month Cyrus has purchased the vintage Bob Mackie gown she wore to the 2024 Grammy Awards.
The pop star dazzled in the silver rhinestone-encrusted chiffon-style cut-out gown from the designer’s Fall 2002 collection for her performance of her hit song ‘Flowers’ at the glitzy bash in February.

And she was the winning bidder when the dress went under the hammer as part of the ‘Hollywood Legends: Unmistakably Mackie’ collection sale by Turner Classic Movies and Julien’s Auctions.
Some of the money raised from the sale went to the music bash’s MusiCares charity, a non-profit within the Recording Academy, which offers support to musicians experiencing financial, personal, or medical crisis.
However, the sum the ‘Midnight Sky’ hitmaker paid for the dress has not been disclosed.
The former ‘Hannah Montana’ star – who won her first two Grammys (Record of the Year and Best Solo Pop Performance) at this year’s ceremony for her 2023 mega-hit ‘Flowers’ – said of the gown: ‘This dress represents more than a performance — it’s a celebration of the relationship between music, artistry and glamour.
