MasterChef star turned ABC announcer Alice Zaslavsky has listed her Melbourne apartment for sale.

The stylish one bedroom, one bathroom Art Deco pad is set for auction with a price guide of $520,000 – $560,000.

Located in the Bayside suburb of Elwood, 8kms from the CBD, Zaslavsky bought the apartment with her husband Nick Fallu soon after they married in 2014, reports the Herald Sun.

The couple made extensive renovations to the cosy top floor flat, including an elaborate make over of the original kitchen.

Among the new features was a steam combination oven as well as a conventional oven.
