The Line Of Duty star, 39, was reunited with his Vigil co-star Anjli Mohindra, 34, who plays his wife in the psychological thriller.

Martin cut casual figure in a navy hoodie and a black jacket, teamed with simple dark jeans, while he played with a blue football.

While Anjli looked effortlessly stylish, sporting a blue jumper and jeans, with a bomber jacket and eye-catching yellow bag.

The two actors are leading the upcoming series, which is called Fear, about a family being pushed to their absolute limits.

Martin and Anjli play a married couple named Martyn and Rebecca, who decide to move away from London to a beautiful house in Glasgow with their two young children.

While their new home seems just as idyllic as they’d hoped at first, things began to turn when their neighbour Jan makes some unnerving comments to Rebecca.

This begins the start of something far more intimidating, leading to the family facing accusations that are every parent’s worst nightmare.

When authorities refuse to step in and help, Martyn and Rebecca are left feeling like they have nowhere to turn.

As well as Martin and Anjli, the incredible cast also features BAFTA winner James Cosmo and Solly McLeod, as Jan.

Martin’s fellow Line of Duty star Anneika Rose also stars, as well as Game of Thrones’ Daniel Portman, Bhav Joshi and Maureen Beattie.

The series is based on the book of the same name by Dirk Kurbjuweit and is being directed by Justin Chadwick.

It is being filmed entirely in Glasgow and is due to air on Prime Video in the UK and Ireland next year.

Martin and Anjli previously both appeared the first series of BBC1 drama Vigil in 2021, also set in Scotland, primarily onboard a ballistic missile submarine of the Royal Navy (Martin on show)

Martin’s new show comes after he teased a huge update on a possible new series of police drama Line Of Duty.

Speaking in September, the Scottish actor, who starred as Detective Inspector Steve Arnott on the hit BBC show, said that writer Jed Mercurio had created a WhatsApp group chat.

He explained how Jed has cheekily changed the name of the chat from Line Of Duty 6 to Line Of Duty 7, however he hasn’t yet said anything else.

Sharing an update on his Restless Natives podcast, he explained: ‘We have got a WhatsApp group that was ‘Line of Duty6’ and a while ago Jed changed the name of it to ‘Line of Duty 7’.

He continued: ‘What I love about it is we have never spoken about it since.

‘We have had such a good run with it and a bit of you does go, “Let’s walk away on a high” but we all want to work together again because we are so close.

‘We wouldn’t do it just for the sake of it. It would have to add to the series, it would have to make the series better.’
