Married At First Sight bride Sara Mesa has addressed the controversial accusations made by fellow contestant Eden Harper that she cheated on her TV husband Tim Calwell.
Eden, 28, accused Sara, 29, of secretly meeting up with an ex-boyfriend behind Tim’s back.
During an interview on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Wednesday, Sara admitted she ’emotionally cheated’ on her husband.
Host Ryan Fitzgerald asked: ‘Is it cheating? We know you didn’t go anything with your ex that night but because you didn’t tell Tim and you did it secretly, is it regarded as cheating?’
‘I would say it is definitely an emotional cheat,’ she responded.

‘One of my biggest regrets is not being apologetic and not consoling Tim right then and there. I think I went into defensive mood.’
Elsewhere in the interview, Sara denied rumours she has been ‘hooking up’ with Ollie Skelton.
‘No I didn’t go out with Ollie, I’ve never actually met him,’ she explained.
‘He did a podcast on advice for current MAFS contestants and I was really struggling at the honeymoon and asked if I stick it out and he gave me some very good advice.’
It comes after Ollie hit back at his ex and fellow co-star Tahnee Cook after she revealed he’d been in contact with Sara during filming.
Tahnee, who appeared on season 10 of MAFS last year, recently explained on a podcast that Sara had reached out to Ollie and had not been saying nice things about her groom Tim.
She also noted that Ollie never showed her the text exchange between the pair.

Ollie has since hit back at his ex, who he met on MAFS and dated for months after the show, before sharing a screenshot of the message he sent Sara.
The text message he sent the 29-year-old nutritionist appeared to be words of encouragement and advice ahead of her appearance on the reality dating show.
‘Advice: Be your kind honest self. Show empathy but don’t pretend to give things a pass. Feel comfortable to express yourself to him and I think that will get you more out of ick territory,’ the text read.
‘Don’t try to stay if it’s genuinely not working because the public will smell that,’ the message continued. ‘Talk to the people close to you regularly. Become friends with soundies, they give you little tips and tricks.’
