A Florida man who was tied up on a beach anticipating a romp in the sand ended up in the hospital after a bloody attack.

The victim – described as a ‘frantic male with no shirt yelling’ – was allegedly jumped and struck by a hatchet on an Ormond-by-the-Sea beach on Wednesday, according to the arrest affidavit.

Alana Cagle, 18, lured the victim into the area at around 8.30pm so ‘she could tie him up on the beach and have sex with him,’ but the situation took a vicious turn.

After the victims legs were tied, Wayne Streeter, 24, appeared dressed in all black. Sensing danger, the unnamed man untied his legs and attempted to run away.

Cagle reportedly started to jump on his legs to keep him down, but he was able to fight her off and escape.

Then Streeter chased the man and tackled him to the ground. As Streeter choked the victim, Cagle – allegedly bearing a hatchet – joined in to beat him up.

The victim broke away and left a trail of blood before finding a police officer. He was taken to the hospital with deep lacerations on his legs, back and abdomen, according to the report.

The victim said Cagle picked him up alone to go to Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park, according to ClickOrlando.com.

He recalled ‘getting odd vibes’ once they arrived at the beach because Cagle was sitting about five feet away from him before tying his legs together.

Police searched the area after the victim was hospitalized and found Cagle and Streeter inside Cagle’s car.

It was reported that there was blood on the vehicle and the victim’s backpack was inside.

On the beach, a rope, T-shirt, hat and hatchet sheath were found. Blood stains on a walkway nearby were ‘consistent with a male running while bleeding.’

More blood was found in the park Cagle’s car was parked in.

Streeter told police a different story about how the night unfolded.

He said that he and Cagle were couple and they drove to the beach together. Reportedly, he did not know how the victim arrived.

Streeter alleged he saw the victim push Cagle, which made him come over and start punching.

He denied the use of any weapons in the attack and said he tried choking the victim ‘for her,’ most likely referring to Cagle, the report reads.

The alleged aggressors have been posted on $5,000 bail and face charges of aggravated battery.

Their court dates are scheduled for November 26.
