She is always dressed to the nines as she attends glitzy events and parties with her socialite friends.

But PR guru Montarna McDonald showed a very different side of herself as she arrived home from a trip to Bali with her two daughters over the weekend.

The ‘It’ girl of Sydney’s eastern suburbs dressed very casually for her flight, wearing a pair of baggy brown tracksuit pants teamed with a beige cable cashmere sweater.

She also went makeup free and wore a pair of $798 tortoiseshell spectacles by Miu Miu.

The mother-of-two did flaunt some designer accessories – a woven bag by Loewe worth $1,800 and the Spanish label’s $1215 Flow Runners, as well as a large gold heart pendant by popular jeweller Olivia Bond.

The single mum tied her blonde locks back into a low ponytail as she pushed a large trolley packed with the family of three’s luggage.

The trip marks one of her first family holidays as a single mother following her shock split with husband Nick Pitt.

Montarna recently celebrated her divorce at Mimi’s in Coogee with her friends.

The former couple’s marital home in leafy Paddington was also sold late last year for an undisclosed sum.

There was no sale price given for the glorious 1900s terrace on Renny Street, but value estimates suggest it went for about $4million.

The circumstances of Montarna and Nick’s divorce remain unclear.

Montarna, who worked for Roxy Jacenko at Sweaty Betty PR before founding her own business The Audience Agency, began dating the Sydney personal injury lawyer at the firm Wotton Kearney, in 2014.

The pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Redleaf Wollombi, just a short drive from the wineries of the Hunter Valley, in 2018.

Montarna and Nick were married for six years and together for 10 when they parted ways last year. They share two daughters.

On the eve of what would have been their six-year wedding anniversary, Montarna threw a celebratory party and formally reverted to her maiden name.

Montarna, who donned a pink sequined knee-length frock with a plunging neckline, documented the lavish ‘do on Instagram, alongside the caption: ‘To new beginnings.’

Several friends and fans congratulated her on her fresh start.

‘To new beginnings, cheers Montana McDonald,’ commented Lisa Wipfli, the wife of Sydney radio presenter Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli.
