The person dressed as Santa sat on a chair in the middle of the stage with Madonna nearby performing.
The 65-year-old singer briefly sat on the edge of a second seat next to Santa before getting up and holding up signs.
A back up dancer sat on Santa’s lap – and the two swiftly fell out of the chair, with Madonna looking shocked.
The dancer as well as the other back up dancers continued dancing after the fall as Santa gathered himself.

The embarrassing moment comes just days after Madonna revealed she was put in a coma for 48 hours while she was hospitalized with a bacterial infection.
The star spoke out about her June 2023 health scare while on stage at her Celebration tour stop in Brooklyn, New York City on Saturday.
She said she was admitted to intensive care after suffering from lung and kidney failure.
Addressing the crowd, Madonna gave a personal shout out to her friend Shavawn, saying: ‘There are some very important people in the room tonight that were with me at the hospital. There’s one very important woman who dragged me to the hospital.
‘I don’t even remember; I passed out on my bathroom floor and woke up in the ICU… I was in an induced coma for 48 hours. She saved my life. Thank you Shavawn.’

Madonna, who has followed Kabbalah – a mystical offshoot of Judaism – since 1996 went on to thank her Kabbalah teacher, who was by her side at the hospital, saying his was ‘the only voice I heard’ while she was in a coma.
She revealed: ‘The only voice I heard was his. I heard him say, “Squeeze my hand.”‘
Madonna also thanked her children.
She is mom to six kids: Lourdes, 27, Rocco, 23, Mercy James, 17, twins Estere and Stella, 11.
When I first became conscious and I saw my six incredible children sitting around me – by the way, I had to almost die to get all my kids in one room,’ she said.
She was rushed to the ICU and intubated after being found slumped on the floor of her New York City apartment on June 24.
Doctors later told DailyMail.com that the entertainer looked worn down, thin and exhausted in the days before she nearly died from a bacterial infection.

Madonna was given an injection of the drug Narcan – commonly used to reverse suspected drug overdoses – to combat acute septic shock before she was rushed on to hospital, reported Radar Online.
