The Oscar winner, who has been spending time with her mother amid her split from boyfriend Selema Masekela, placed a black billed hat over her closely cropped curls.
The 12 Years A Slave star displayed her flawless complexion, seeming to wear little makeup.
She completed the look with large black-framed sunglasses and navy blue sneakers with orange shoelaces.

Her children’s book Sulwe has been listed by Kid Lit TV as one of ‘5 Banned Picture Books Everyone Should Read.’
The New York Times best seller focuses on a young girl, Sulwe, who ‘has skin the color of midnight. She is darker than everyone in her family. She is darker than anyone in her school,’ according to the book’s description.
‘Sulwe just wants to be beautiful and bright, like her mother and sister. Then a magical journey in the night sky opens her eyes and changes everything,’ it concludes.
It has been banned in some schools in states such as Texas and Florida, but was recommended in a video from Florida’s Broward county libraries.
In a post on October 7, at the end of Banned Books week, Lupita wrote, ‘I wrote this book to spread love not fear!’
Lupita is still being comforted by many of her 10.8 million social media fans following her breakup with former beau Selema Masekela.
On Friday, the Us star posted photos of herself in a flowing white gown wearing a crown of cowrie shells from her attendance at the 2023 GO Gala, where she was ‘celebrating and raising funds for local heroes who make a difference.’
Cowrie shells were believed to have once been a source of wealthy, currency and luck in many parts of Africa, according to the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture.
