Luann de Lesseps’ love life is taking an intriguing new turn.
DailyMail.com has learned the countess is not currently engaged despite recent rumors, however she is dating Hamptons real estate salesperson Michael Riemerschmid.
The couple was recently seen sharing a passionate kiss as they picked up their mail, and by the looks of things, Riemerschmid definitely appeared smitten as he wrapped his arms around her.
DailyMail.com has contacted Riemerschmid and representatives for de Lesseps, 60, for comment.
Adorably, Riemerschmid is already following his new lady love on social media, however the RHONY alum has yet to return the gesture.

However, a source told Page Six that the ring was a gift from one of her suitors on her new Bravo dating show, Love Hotel.
‘It’s not a diamond. It’s an aquamarine that one of her suitors from the show gave her. It didn’t fit right so she put it on her ring finger,’ the source said.

Riemerschmid even attended an event in place of Luann, who was out of town for a wellness retreat with her daughter, Page Six reports.
He dropped by a Memorial Day weekend event for Grey/Ven x Aroma360 with Andre Bojanic, who is dating Luann’s daughter.
A source told Page Six Riemerschmid described himself as Luann’s boyfriend and was ‘sent’ there by the RHONY alum to support her friend Dorinda Medley, whose DJ stylings were being featured at the event.
According to his bio online, Riemerschmid enjoys fishing and has a background in Wall Street.

Bradley addressed his relationship with de Lesseps during the Southern Hospitality reunion episode for season two, saying that there was chemistry between them, but no physical intimacy.
‘This is the truth – me and Luann got a drink, and we hit it off,’ Bradley said. ‘I did cross a line at the hotel, but I did not kiss her. We did not hook up.’
Bradley conceded he ‘probably was too flirtatious’ with the Big Apple socialite.
Previously, de Lesseps was married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps.
During their marriage they welcomed their two children, Noel and Victoria.
She was also briefly married to Tom D’Agostino Jr. between 2016 to 2017.
