Adam Collard has got a tattoo of his ex-girlfriend’s initials and an inking on his ring finger removed, after calling his girlfriend Laura Woods ‘The One’.
The Love Island star, 28, has sparked speculation his romance with the sports presenter, 36, could be taking the next step after he visited the NAAMA tattoo-removal studio in London last week.
Adam got the initials of his ex-girlfriend Claudia Proctor removed from a triangular patch, which had been blacked out after their split, on his forearm.
The Lothario was with Claudia in July 2017, the year before his first foray into the Love Island villa.
The personal trainer boasted of his new tattoo on Instagram at the time, showing off the initials ‘CP’ above his wrist – just months before dumping the business graduate over her ‘insecurities because of his large Instagram following’.

Adam later had the initials completely obscured by black ink until he headed to the tattoo parlour in Great Portland Street to get the tattoo removed completely, as well as a tattoo of a symbol on his ring finger.
It comes after Adam declared Laura to be ‘The One’ in October and revealed his intention to ‘marry and have kids’ with the TNT sports host.
He explained: ‘I’m protective, whether it’s Laura, or my family, my friends.
‘I want to get married. I want to have kids as well. I’ve always thought, what type of person will I be? How can I protect my kids?
‘Obviously I’ve never had a kid, but I don’t think I’ll be plastering it all over [social media]. I want them to have a fair fight and a chance not to be judged straight away.
‘As long as my really close circle knows exactly who I am, I don’t care. I think you have to take everything with a pinch of salt.’
Adam added that he is not concerned about the eight age gap between himself and Laura, saying: ‘We are not necessarily the average everyday couple.
‘We’re both doing a lot and I think that I’ve always been beyond my years anyway, I think it’s probably exactly everything that I’ve needed for a long time.’
Adam went on to discuss his ex girlfriend Zara McDermott and how he had a ‘Z’ tattoo on his hand dedicated to her.
After they split he quickly got it covered up, but hasn’t ruled out getting another tattoo dedicated to his current partner.
Adam also got a symbol on his ring finger removed

It comes after Adam discussed his plans for the future with Laura where he said he wanted to get married and have children
He said: ‘I came out of the villa, and Zara had ‘AC’ on her finger. I thought I would repay the favour, considering I’d stayed in the villa for an extra 12 days.
‘I’ve got it covered though – it’s the second time I’ve done it, and I’ll probably do it again.’
For Valentine’s Day, NAAMA is offering a free first session to anyone wanting to remove reference to an ex-lover from their body.
