Former Love Islander Luca Bish has been on a trip to the hospital after suffering a painful-looking leg injury on Saturday.
The 25-year-old reality TV star left fans worried after sharing a short clip to his Instagram stories that showed him being pushed along in a wheelchair.
His leg was strapped up and he was holding a pair of crutches, but he provided no context as to how he sustained the nasty injury.
The Love Island star made light of the situation by adding Ed Sheeran’s song Thinking Out Loud in the background, including the lyrics: ‘my legs don’t work like they used to’.
It’s unknown whether the reality star is still in hospital. has contacted representatives for Luca for further details.

The cryptic clip comes just after Luca, who rarely ever posts on social media, shared a carousel of images earlier in July, taken on his trip to watch the Euros in Germany.
The TV personality captioned the main grid post with: ‘It’s coming home and I’m coming back,’ hinting that he’s planning to be more active online.
In one snap, Luca cut a casual figure as he relaxed on a private plane, and in another selfie the former Islander looked excited as he geared up to watch an England match, sporting sunglasses and a pearl necklace.
The rare update delighted the star’s followers, who rushed to the comments to urge him to post more.
Jacques O’Neill, Luca’s Fellow former Islander from series eight, also jokingly quipped: ‘Omg please post more Luca,’ meanwhile Ron Hall from season nine remarked: ‘Always enjoy your yearly post.’
Luca shot to fame on series eight of Love Island, finishing in second place alongside Gemma Owen, 21, who is the daughter of former footballer Michael Owen.
But, the pair split in November 2022, just three months after the show ended.
At the time, Gemma confirmed their split with a statement shared to her Instagram stories, saying it ‘wasn’t an easy decision.’

She wrote: ‘To all my followers, I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship. It wasn’t an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for both of us right now.
‘Many of you have been on this journey with us from the very beginning and I want to thank you for your continued support as we start new chapters. Love always, Gem x.’
Luca also shared his own statement confirming the split, writing: ‘I would have liked some time to process this privately but as you all already now know sadly Gemma and I made the mutual decision earlier today to go our separatre ways.
‘We have been on such a journey together and have made some amazing memories which I will treasure. I can’t thank everyone enough for all their support for us as a couple during and after Love Island.
‘We will remain good friends and I wish nothing but the best for her.’
Since the show, Luca did sensationally well on Celebrity MasterChef in 2023, making it all the way to the grand final.
Meanwhile, Gemma launched her own company, OG Promotions Ltd, to manage her influencer deals.
She is thought to be currently single, after she split from British boxer Prince Naseem Hamed’s son Aadam.
The couple’s relationship was confirmed in October 2023 when both the reality star and the boxer, 23, posted separate photos at the same location in Dubai.
