Love Island: All Stars viewers have branded Ovie Soko ‘cold and cruel’ after India Reynolds claimed his management blind-sided her with their split.
The ITV dating show returned on Monday with a new batch of All Stars – and India made a shock confession about how her relationship with Ovie ended.
The pair met on series five of the show in 2019 and made it all the way to the final, but they broke up just three months after leaving the villa.
And now, India has revealed that Ovie’s management released a statement saying the pair had split – before they actually had.
Speaking in her intro for the new series, India shared that she was shocked to see the public statement announcing their break-up, when she didn’t know the relationship was over.
Viewers were shocked at the revelation about fan favourite Ovie and begged it ‘not to be true’, as well as calling the move ‘dark’.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, viewers wrote: ‘What is with the love island boys blindsiding their girlfriends with a break up statement,’;

Now ahead of All Stars she has spoken about how she would react if he came in as a later bombshell to the villa.
India told : ‘We’re friends and there are no bad vibes there so it would actually be nice to see him if he did come in.
‘Who knows anything could happen in Love Island.’
However she did add that she will change her tactics this time around in the villa and get to know everyone – not just focus on one person like she did with Ovie.
India explained: ‘Last time I was so focused on him but I think I will explore different connections more this time. Hopefully I can get to know different kinds of people!’
She also opened up on what she had been doing to get ready for her TV return – with Botox being her major form of preparation.

The star said: ‘At 34 I am a fan of Botox so I have had that done but I haven’t done much else as it has been Christmas!
‘Sorry Christmas is not the time for the gym. Christmas is for eating or drinking. So I haven’t really prepared at all.’
During her pre-villa chat she told how she chose to return to the show because finding love in the outside world hadn’t worked out for her and she hated online dating.
She said: ‘It wasn’t working out in the real world and I’m not a fan of online dating so I wanted to give it a go. I just didn’t meet anyone on the outside.
‘There is no age limit to finding love or getting to know people and there is no right way to find love. With All Stars people will be a bit older as they have been on it before so that will be good.
‘I was more scared last time and nervous about going in – I should be more confident this time.’
