And in Sunday night’s episode their fling break up causes rows.
When anyone fails during a game of ‘suck and blow’, having to follow the cards’ rules of either doing a dare or telling a truth, the Islanders’ evening is full of action.
Gameplay includes Curtis picking his favourite sex position to act out with his choice of three Islanders and Olivia being asked to kiss someone who she’s not in a couple with. But it’s the truth cards that get things really going.
Elsewhere Casey is asked to explain what happened with him and Tina at the end of their fling, to which he says: ‘There was this party and she got left by herself waiting for a taxi…’
Tina then abruptly adds: ‘It was a little bit different to that…you grabbed a group of girls and walked off, didn’t say bye and I just stood there.
‘Like I f****ng rolled out of your bed a couple of days ago so it was a little bit…’
Casey apologises to Tina for what happened as the game then continues on.
Meanwhile, Casey’s original clash with Kaz Crossley is reignited when he’s asked who the biggest game player is.

Tina Stinnes is confirmed as the next Love Island: All Stars' bombshell as she threatens to break up one budding couple
Kaz says: ‘How is that playing the game, that’s me telling the truth because look, another Islander’s come in and you’ve already had sex with her…’
Will they be able to move on and what does Gabby make of all the drama surrounding Casey?
Kaz and Casey clashed on his first night in the villa as she accused him of being a ladies man and messing around her best friend Georgia Harrison.
A source previously told The Sun of Tina’s bombshell arrival: ‘Casey’s already come under fire for his casual approach to dating, so yet another of his flings coming into the villa is only going to make matters worse.
‘It’s terrible timing for his growing connection with Gabby too, cos Tina is one of her pals.
‘Tina is a perfectly timed bombshell and will be bringing the drama.’
Speaking ahead of her entrance Tina said of why she wanted to return for the show: ‘It was the best experience that I’ve ever had, it made me learn about myself and grow.
She first entered as a bombshell on series 2
‘I was quite a shy person, so to put myself in that environment was very outside of my comfort zone, but I made friends for life.
‘I was a bridesmaid at Olivia Bowen’s wedding, she’s still one of my best friends, going through that with someone is the best. I’d also love to meet a man of course too! I’ve been single for a long time, it’s about time.’
Speaking about what her red flags are when dating she said: ‘Dishonesty is a huge one for me – I like people to be straight forward. Trust and communication is key.’
Love Island: All Stars continues at 9pm on Sunday night on ITV2.
