Leigh-Anne Pinnock is set to release a new solo single, Stealin Love, this week however her record label ‘won’t pay for a music video’.
The former Little Mix star, 32, announced last week that she will be dropping five new songs ‘that fit together in their own world’.
But insiders have now revealed that her label Warner Records will not approve a video to accompany the release after she ‘failed to impress’ with solo singles Don’t Say Love and My Love.
Leigh-Anne has reportedly already had to put her own money into her solo career after not securing the ‘financial backing she hoped for’.
A source told The Mirror: ‘There was so much excitement around Leigh-Anne’s solo career but that seemed to wane after the first two tracks.

‘Warner heavily backed Don’t Say Love for her debut but were disappointed with how it charted. The same was true with My Love.
‘There’s no doubt that Leigh-Anne is a huge talent and solo success can take time to build. But lately she’s struggled to get the financial backing she hoped for – to the extent that she has even contributed herself to the campaign. And now her latest track, Stealin Love, is being released with no video.’
Leigh-Anne announced on Instagram last week that she will be releasing new music just days after her former bandmate Perrie Edwards, 30, also revealed she was releasing her first solo single.
Leigh-Anne, who launched her solo career in June 2023 after the band split in 2022, told fans ‘s*** is about to get very real’ because she has been busy ‘writing and recording’ in the studio.
The singer revealed she has made a ‘collection of songs that fit together’ separate to her album and she is going to release them individually starting next week.
Sharing a gallery of pictures in the studio, the mother-of-two shared that the first track is called, Stealin Love.
She wrote: ‘I’ve been writing & recording so much working on my album but while making it, I’ve made a collection of songs that fit together in their own world.
‘The first song is coming next week and then I’ll be sharing more new music in the following weeks. S***s about to get very real…’
