A woman whom the teenage son of Rep. Lauren Boebert allegedly stole from claims the theft left her out of money she needed for brain surgery.

The 33-year-old woman said she has a brain tumor and now can’t afford a needed operation, according to a February 27 arrest affidavit released after Tyler Boebert, 18, was arrested by Colorado’s Rifle Police Department.

The Colorado firebrand’s eldest was cuffed in connection to a spate of property thefts in the small city; he and three underage accomplices are accused of breaking into four cars to steal wallets in order to make purchases at local businesses.

One of those cars belonged to the woman in question, who told cops her wallet containing $75 cash, two Venmo debit cards, and her mother’s credit card were all stolen.

According to Tyler’s arrest affidavit, the woman told police she ‘wants the people who did this to her found, because she literally has nothing.’ In a statement to DailyMail.com, the teen’s mom said her son should face consequences for his alleged actions.

‘[The woman] informed [police that] she has a brain tumor and now she does not have the money to get her surgery,’ cops wrote in the affidavit, as Tyler faces more than 20 charges for the alleged incidents, which cops say saw the four spend their ill-gotten gains at McDonald’s, Starbucks and local gas stations.

The woman’s driver’s license was also inside the stolen wallet, the arresting officer wrote – before revealing that the thieves mailed it back to her a few days after the alleged theft, which occurred on February 21.

The ID was returned without sender information with a letter that claimed it was found ‘loose in mail,’ the affidavit said – adding how paper the note was scrawled on was from a Colorado real estate firm.

‘Whoever sent it back wrote a letter saying, “Found Loose iN Mail,”‘ the Rifle arresting officer wrote.

‘The paper they wrote it on was from Aspen Real Estate Company.’

The thieves then tried to use the brain-tumor-afflicted woman’s two Venmo cards at a nearby Kum & Go gas station, the document said, citing transaction records.

They also attempted to use her mom’s credit card, before allegedly used the cash and cards stolen from the four cars to buy food from a nearby McDonald’s, though banks soon started declining the charges.

They also tried to order $717 worth of merchandise from Shein.com, the cop wrote, as well as $175 at the Kum and Go, and $10.95 from a Starbucks.

It remains unclear from the affidavit how much was actually spent from the woman’s Venmo account, but cops did write how they closed in on Tyler’s trail after he was seen wearing a sweatshirt from his mother’s now-closed bar at the gas station.

Police said they were able to identify Boebert and the three other suspects in connection with the four separate incidents, one of which involved a broken-into Kia Sorrento belonging to Rifle resident, Roscely Alvarado.

She came forward Thursday to reveal how her car was also ransacked, recalling to local news station KJCT how the theft terrified her daughters, and how she also her wallet from her car.

‘I sent my older daughter to get my purse from the car and she was like, “Mom the car is a mess, everything is everywhere, I don’t know what happened,”‘ she told the outlet, not providing any other details.

‘She had my purse in her hand but without the wallet,’ she continued.

‘[S]he told me that there was nothing inside of the purse, she was telling me she was scared, she felt like someone from here could have stolen from us and that was making her scared.’

The mom-of-two added that she’s learned a lesson from the recent ordeal.

‘I should be more cautious, don’t ever leave my purse in the car again, and yeah be more cautious,’ she said. ‘Be more cautious because I have 2 kids, an 11-year-old girl, and a 3-year-old girl, the 3-year-old has a condition.’

The other woman’s car was a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, the affidavit revealed, along with the fact that Magistrate Jill McConaughy assigned dad-of-one Tyler a personal recognizance bond of $1,250.

Police afterward were able to identify Boebert and the three other suspects in connection with theincidents, one of which surrounded a broken-ito Kia Sorrento belonging to Rifle resident Roscely Alvarado (pictured). She came forward Thursday to reveal how her car was also ransacked

It also stated how Boebert and the three others – whose names were redacted due to their age – were caught on camera at another gas station at the same one of the stolen cards were used.

It claims Boebert was recognized on surveillance video at a gas station on February 20 – the day before the Chevrolet breakin – by a police officer in Rifle investigating the spate of vehicle break-ins.

They also apparently tried to order $717 worth of merchandise from Shein.com, $175 at Kum and Go and $10.95 from a Starbucks.

The video shows Boebert in a Shooters Bar and Grill hoodie, while all three accomplices, allegedly use a stolen credit card to get food.

Six victims are named in an incident summary, though their identities are also redacted, with the youngest just three years old. The remainder are between the ages of 18 and 33.

Tyler – who made his mother a grandma last year after fathering a son with a now-ex-girlfriend – appeared virtually in a Garfield County court Wednesday from jail, before making bond.

He was seen smiling and laughing as the hearing began, which Deputy District Attorney Tony Hershey said his mother listened in on.

Boebert, 37, said that her son should face consequences but she loves and supports him.

Hershey called the child’s alleged ‘activity and behavior’ concerning, noting how Tyler failed to appear in court on a traffic case last year.

His next court date was set for April 11 – as his mother issued a statement to DailyMail.com saying her son should face the music if found guilty for his alleged misdeeds.

‘I love my son Tyler, who has been through some very difficult, public challenges for a young man and the subject of attention that he didn’t ask for,’ the 37-year-old wrote in an email, adding that her son was an ‘adult and father’ and should be ‘held accountable’ just like anyone else.

‘It breaks my heart to see my child struggling and, in this situation, especially when he has been provided multiple opportunities to get his life on track,’ she continued, a little over a month after Tyler’s dad was arrested for a domestic dispute incident at the family’s Silt home.

‘I will never give up on him and I will continue to be there for him,’ she said.

Tyler, meanwhile, is facing charges including four counts of criminal possession of a financial device, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of theft of under $300.

The other charges range from four felony counts of criminal possession of an ID, a felony count of conspiracy to commit a felony and more than 15 different misdemeanor and petty charges. Cop’s probe, as of writing, remains ongoing.
