Alert – Larry Emdur, 59, flaunts his insane physique as he sets new fitness goal – after AVO was issued to protect the Gold Logie winner

Larry Emdur stunned fans when he flaunted his insanely ripped physique in a new post on Tuesday.

The Morning Show host, 59, set himself a new fitness goal when he shared an image of himself to Instagram looking incredibly fit almost a decade ago.

He was shirtless and in the midst of push-ups in the snap, with his head lowered as he showed off his bulging biceps and shoulder muscles.

‘Let’s Go Old Man. Ok next on my bucket list in the lead up to my 60th birthday in December, get fit A.F!’ the breakfast show host captioned the image.

‘This pic is from my 50th but it’s my inspo to kick the shit out of this ageing thing.’

It comes after reports emerged the Gold Logie award winner has had an AVO taken out to protect him just days after winning the major award.

The order has been taken out by NSW Police on behalf of Emdur against Victorian man Rodney Pearce.

NSW Police said officers were called to Network Seven’s Eveleigh office on Central Ave in Sydney about 11.15am on August 22 after Pearce attempted to gain access to the building.

‘Officers from South Sydney Police Area Command attended and spoke with a 52-year-old man who had been escorted from the building by security,’ NSW Police said in a statement.

Pearce was arrested and taken to hospital for assessment before he was then taken to Surry Hills Police Station.

He was charged with trespass and possession of a prohibited drug.

Pearce faced Downing Centre Local Court where he was granted conditional bail and is due to reappear on September 5.

His conditions include not entering Central Ave, the suburb of Haymarket, or within 200m of Channel 7.

Pearce has also been ordered to report to Redfern Police Station daily.

Court records show the AVO in protection of Emdur is set to be mentioned in court on September 16.
