Lala Kent has confessed to editing her daughter’s discolored teeth in photos shared on social media.
Taking to Instagram Stories over the weekend, the 34-year-old former Vanderpump Rules personality explained why she revises snapshots of Ocean, three.
Sharing an up-close video of the toddler smiling, she added a note that began, ‘I’m usually the type to not read/ignore comments. But we are from Utah honey. We are teeth people! so I could not let this comment slide.’
Lala went on to reveal that Ocean suffered a mouth injury, writing, ‘Ocean has a fond relationship with her wild side and enjoys not listening. She fell off her bike face first.’
The mother-of-two, who is also mom to three-month-old daughter Sosa, added, ‘There is trauma to the root of her two front teeth.’
She wrote in parenthesis, ‘Yes, I’m the mom who usually edits this. Go ahead and judge.’

Lala explained her daughter damaged her teeth after falling off a bike face first, and noted she may require a root canal
She noted about the status of Ocean’s teeth: ‘The root isn’t dead, but we go to the dentist every 3-6 months for check-ins. They will likely have to be pulled or she will have to have a root canal.’
And the TV star noted that Ocean thinks her teeth — which are a grayish-white color — are ‘cool.’

Lala didn’t point out exactly which comment prompted her to give the explanation to her 2.4 million followers.
She shares Ocean with ex-fiancé, disgraced filmmaker Randall Emmett. Sosa was conceived via sperm donor and Lala gave birth on September 3.
In another recent post, the Give Them Lala podcaster looked back on the month of November.
Uploading a carousel of life outtakes, she wrote, ‘November, you did not disappoint.’
She listed the highlights, beginning with a milestone for her newborn daughter.
‘Sosa had her first pool day,’ she listed first.
Elsewhere in the post, she showed her firstborn child’s hair twisted in a comb and said, ‘I almost had to give O a very unfortunate hair cut.’
She continued, ‘We got pictures with Santa (this was a huge deal). It was my little turkey’s first Thanksgiving. I helped in the kitchen (this was also a huge deal). My mama turned 64! Ocean wanted to celebrate by going to Moana 2- she LOVED it (Gigi did too). We slayed the month. It hit all the notes.’

It comes days after news broke that Bravo’s long-running series Vanderpump Rules is getting a fully new cast.
Lala shared her reaction in a heartfelt post shared with her social media following as she looked back at her time on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinoff.
She wrote, ‘Where to begin. I was a young girl from Salt Lake City who made her way to L.A. I would introduce myself as Lauren, but because my childhood best friend referred to me as Lala, my nickname quickly stuck.
‘Sur was a place that became home. I found myself not only sipping on vodka sodas there, but behind a hostess stand… it still to this day is the most intimidating job I’ve ever had. A short time later the opportunity to be on a show called Vanderpump Rules landed in front of me. I have such mixed feelings right now.’
Kent revealed she is ready for the next chapter of life as she continued, ‘It’s no secret I do not like change. This is the exception.
‘I want to say thank you for rocking with us for so many years. This show changed my whole life. I’m unbelievably grateful for every moment. I’m unbelievably grateful for Bravo, for NBCU, for our crew, the entire cast, and most importantly all of you. We rocked this bitch until the wheels fell off.’
