Kyle Walker and wife Annie Kilner put their marriage woes to one side – as he treated her to a birthday barbecue on the beach at a Welsh seaside resort, can reveal.

The England star, 34, was spotted in Abersoch, North Wales, with Annie and the pair’s four children marking her 31st birthday.

Kyle, who is battling to save his marriage after fathering not one but two children with his former mistress Lauryn Goodman, brought a huge barbeque onto the sand via a quad bike and set up a dining area using wind shields in a bid to secure some privacy on the public beach.

Days earlier Kyle and Annie were joined by Coleen Rooney at the same beach as they enjoyed some quality time together with their families, but the Scouse WAG was not among pals of the Walkers who attended Friday’s birthday bash.

revealed in June that Kyle had booked the seaside trip as a ‘reconciliation holiday’ and is believed to be staying at a nearby caravan resort.

Kyle and Annie are known to make the 130-mile trip from their £4million home to The Warren, a resort sometimes described as ‘the millionaires’ caravan park’.

An onlooker said: ‘Kyle was playing the doting dad to his kids and Annie, they looked like any normal family.

‘But they did stand out a touch when Kyle arrived on the beach on a quad bike carrying a giant barbecue. You don’t normally see that on Abersoch beach as locals usually take the disposable kind.

‘Kyle was erecting old fashioned wind shields to give them some privacy as well as their friends.

‘The weather was wonderful so they had a great day together.

‘Although Kyle and Annie were hardly packing on the PDA. He’s clearly got some work to do there after what he’s put her through.’

Abersoch, where Kyle and Annie have been spotted several times in recent months, is on part of the coast known as the Welsh Riviera, is a traditional resort increasingly popular with upmarket visitors. Swanky beach houses let for thousands of pounds a week have sprung up alongside the bungalows and caravan parks once associated with the area.

Locals now complain the town is swamped with tourists in the summer, including a ‘yachtie crowd’ and many families from London.

Famous for its sandy beaches and unspoilt coastline, Abersoch is also a favourite of former footballer Wayne Rooney and wife Coleen. Aside from its spa, bar and restaurant, The Warren offers a ‘gaming zone’ and skate park.

Kyle has been given extended time off from his football duties by Manchester City boss Pep Guadiola following his exploits with England in the Euros.

He missed his side’s Community Shield victory on penalties against Manchester United last Saturday, which coincided with Annie’s birthday weekend.

The mother-of-four made her return to Instagram last Sunday after 14 months and referenced her birthday on a post, writing: ‘Chapter 31.’

Fullback Kyle is determined to repair his long relationship with wife of two years Annie who threw him out of their £3.5million family home in Cheshire following his affair with Lauryn, 33.

The influencer gave birth to her second child with Kyle in August, a daughter called Kinara, four months before she told Annie in a bombshell text message last Christmas that the baby was her husband’s.

Kyle also fathered Lauryn’s four-year-old son Kairo while on a break with Annie, but the pair managed to patch up their relationship on that occasion.

Earlier this month, Lauryn lost her child maintenance battle with the former Spurs ace.

During an extraordinary court judgment, Lauryn was accused of using Kyle as an ‘open ended cheque book and ‘repeatedly threatened him in order to get what she wanted’.

Kyle, who has been renting a £20,000 per month property near to his family home as he fought for his marriage, was described as ‘grounded and reasonable’ by Judge Edward Hess, who took issue with Lauryn’s lavish spending habits which included demanding £31,000 for an astro turf lawn, a 70,000 Mercedes and another £30,000 car for her nanny – who couldn’t even drive, monthly fees of £500 and £1,440 for a gardener and cleaner, plus a further £500 for the upkeep of her hot tub in her £2.4m West Sussex mansion Kyle had paid for.

That was on top of the demands of maintenance payments totalling £350,000 a year.

After coming off second best in their court battle, Lauryn continues to rile the Walkers after she leaked a series of messages she claims were sent to her from Kyle in yet another alleged underhand tactic aimed at the footballer.

In the first screengrab, Lauryn shared a message stating: ‘Because I want to see him growing just as much as u do. Not forgetting her but more k because of me seeing him and stuff [sic].’

Another message stated ‘give them both a cuddle and kiss’ and then ‘miss him’, with Lauryn adding the caption: ‘My son hasn’t formed the emotional connection he has with his dad from ‘4 times’ and out of nowhere.

‘If you keep coming for me I will keep dishing out the FACTS. Believe me I have a BOOK load.’

Lauryn also vowed to hit out at the ‘narrative’ surrounding her as being that of a ‘gold digger, homewrecker, obsessive’ and shared messages describing her as being a ‘great mum’, claiming Kyle was able to give his ‘PR narrative’ during their court battle over child custody payments.

Lauryn’s decision to drag Kyle and Annie’s private life into the public arena once again will further enrage the pair, who are striving to stay out of the limelight for the sake of their four children – Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, and Reign, five, and four-month old son Rezon.

A source told The Mirror: ‘Kyle and Annie don’t see what Lauryn puts on social media but it’s sometimes hard to avoid altogether seeing as it gets reported on and their friends and family mention it to them.

‘They want to deal with things out of the public eye to protect the children involved.

‘They’ve always lived a private life with their own kids and don’t like the fact that they are all being dragged through this in such a public arena.

‘It’s nothing to do with hiding anyone just that this sort of thing is hugely damaging to children, especially those of school age.’
