To mark the special day, the 40-year-old former reality star, who shares Sidney with Slipknot’s Sid Wilson, threw a lavish bash on Saturday in Los Angeles.
Looking chic as ever, Kelly donned an all-black ensemble featuring a long skirt and leather knee-high boots.
She beamed with joy, flashing her trademark megawatt smile as she posed with her birthday boy and her handsome partner, Sid, who Kelly recently revealed ‘really wants to get married.’
Sidney’s famous grandmother, Sharon Osbourne, also made an appearance, showing off her impeccable fashion sense as she embraced her youngest daughter for a playful snap.

As the evening unfolded, the group made their way to West Hollywood’s exclusive Bird Streets Club for some late-night fun and VIP entertainment.
The guest list was packed with A-listers, including Kelly’s iconic parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, along with her closest friends—Daniel Nguyen, Jeff Beacher, Laura Rugetti, Alessandra Torresani, Shanina Shaik, Brooke Dulien Lester, and Kip Zachary.
And, of course, Kelly’s favorite little guy, Sidney, made an appearance too, adding an extra touch of joy to the night.
Sadly, Kelly’s longtime boyfriend, Sid, wasn’t able to attend, as he was on a South American tour with his band, Slipknot.
Earlier in the day, Sharon shared a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Kelly, posting a throwback photo of her daughter as a young girl, celebrating her birthday with Ozzy.

The birthday celebrations come on the heels of recent scrutiny surrounding Kelly’s dramatic weight transformation.
Kelly has been candid about her 85-pound postpartum weight loss, firmly denying rumors that she used Ozempic to aid in her journey.
She revealed she ‘rapidly’ lost the weight by cutting out ‘sugar and carbohydrates’ and not by using Hollywood’s favorite weight-loss drug.
‘I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mum took Ozempic,’ she told Extra back in April.
The star also explained her weight loss was prompted after she developed gestational diabetes during pregnancy.
‘I had gestational diabetes, and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy, otherwise I was at a higher risk of actually getting diabetes, which I did not want.’
‘I cut out sugar and carbohydrates and I rapidly lost weight,’ Kelly — who shares her son with Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson — stated.
She also revealed she’s been getting a total tone-up treatment, which combines EMFACE and EMSCULPT NEO, in order to sculpt her face and tighten her body.

‘I had the baby and my stomach got so many stretch marks, and the skin, it looks like it lost its elasticity,’ Kelly shared.
However while she didn’t use Ozempic herself, her mum Sharon did, and Kelly has been supportive of the drug as she spoke candidly about it on their family podcast back in April.
She said: ‘I made some comments about Ozempic recently where it was like 50 percent of the people hated it, 50 percent of the people liked it.
‘But the truth is, my opinion used to be the same as the people who didn’t like my opinion on Ozempic until I met somebody who lost weight from Ozempic and it changed their life.’
She added: ‘They explained to me how it took the mental obsession with food away and from that reprieve allowed them to dig deeper through therapy and really figure out who they were and how life-changing it was for them.’
Following the new information, she said, ‘It completely changed my opinion on it so I’m like yeah, it’s great. If there’s a medication out there that can help people lose weight then what’s so bad about it?’
