Sir Keir Starmer is giving a major speech to relaunch his premiership as polls show more than half of voters are ‘disappointed’ with his Labour Government.
The Prime Minister will lay out six ‘milestones’ in his so-called ‘plan for change’ which will include growing the economy, making streets safer, securing the country’s borders, building homes and rebuilding the NHS.
The speech in Buckinghamshire has been framed as a reset just five months after Labour won the General Election amid concerns among senior officials the Government has failed to convincingly explain what is trying to achieve to the public.
