American pop singer Katy Perry was prized with a very special gift from the Hawthorn Football Club this week after her amazing performance at the AFL Grand Final on Saturday.
The 39-year-old American star received a personalised HFC footy jumper which was stenciled with her name and the number one in silver spangles.
A smiling Katy later posed for a photo of the one-of-a-kind singlet style guernsey which featured Hawthorn’s classic gold and brown colours.
The image was later shared to Hawthorn’s official social media with the caption: ‘Newest member of HOK’.
Currently AFLW champ Emily Bates wears the number one for Hawthorn.
The clubs fans responded to the post with enthusiasm with one follower messaging: ‘Will Katy’s next world tour be called ”the Hok tour”?’
‘She knows talent,’ said another.
‘Hopefully she wears it on GF day [next year],’ a third fan joked.

‘I don’t crack them on [the plate], I go like this [cracks on forehead]. Ouch, that one really hurt and it had some juice in it,’ Katy joked.
She was also seen eating another hard-boiled egg while getting her hair and makeup done.
