Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have reportedly split after nine years together.
The pair have called it quits following weeks of escalating tension after nearly a decade of their on–off relationship, six years of being engaged and one child together.
This comes just shortly after the 40-year-old pop star went to space, drawing significant backlash amid viral videos trolling her world tour and her poor-performing album 143.
Representatives for Perry and Bloom didn’t respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
‘Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,’ a source told Us Weekly, adding that the break-up was so far ‘not contentious.’
‘Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life,’ they said.
