Katie Price fans have been left furious after they failed to receive orders or refunds from clothing brand JYY London. 

The former glamour model, 45, has been promoting the brand over on her Instagram and TikTok as it is owned by Jeyda Yilmaz, an entrepreneur friend of Katie’s. 

However customers have been left up in arms after the brand failed to reply to their complaints on how to receive a refund. 

Fans have begun commenting on Katie’s posts with one customer calling the lack of answers ‘disgraceful’. 

Talking to The Sun, customer Suzanne, slammed Katie as she exclaimed: ‘Katie is promoting this.

‘The thing is, they’re still responding to queries about the clothes on social media… I’ve reached out through all different platforms and nothing. 

‘It’s disgraceful. I contacted the bank and they put it down as fraud and refunded me yesterday.’

Customers also took to Trustpilot to vent their frustrations, as they angrily penned: ‘If I could give 0 stars I would! Clothes c**p quality. Totally wrong size sent. No response no communication, I emailed, DM’d, commented… all ignored. 

‘You can’t return anything… they are just paying for Katie Price’s surgery addictions I’m guessing… AVOID AT ALL COSTS’.

‘Shocking company! Do not order from these!! I made that mistake! Wanted to return item worth £80 and u only get 10 days to return and have to email for returns form! 

‘Which I did at least 50 times with zero response!! Now it’s too late and still no correspondence!! Email and instagram! 

‘So now I’m stuck with items I won’t wear and I won’t get my money back!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE’.

‘Got a lucky bag £10 plus £5 postage,got 1 pair of cargos that are reduced on the website for £5 that’s it!!!!! 

‘Emailed them twice no reply so basically I paid double for same pair I could have bought for £5 customer service disgraceful’.

Meanwhile JYY London told The Sun in response to the customer claims: ‘Some of our items online are preorder; meaning people order them and we make them to order due to high demand and selling out faster than we expected.

‘Online there are dispatch dates of when peoples orders will get dispatched and our customer service team are always working and replying to customers queries everyday 7 days a week… 

‘As a business you will get complaints now and again however we have been running now for over 10 years and we always take on board the feedback good or bad.

‘We offer exchanges and refunds on all items as this is our company policy within 30 days of items being delivered to the customer – this is UK rules which we adhere to strictly.’
