Katie Price has revealed that she is having a ‘yard sale’ as she begins clearing out her Mucky Mansion amid her bankruptcy woes.
The TV personality, 45, was informed by lawyers earlier this month that she would have to move out of the property in in Dial Post, West Sussex, by May 29, after two eviction notices appeared outside her home.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Katie shared a clip showing a huge pile of things in her living room that she was set to sell, which included a disassembled sofa, a futon and a mirror.
The former glamour model then panned the camera round to her son Harvey and in the background was a caravan – which she joked she would be moving in to following reports that she would be moving into one full-time.
The mother of five was declared bankrupt for a second time after failing to pay over £750,000 in unpaid tax, leaving her home at risk unless HMRC can recover the money.

‘I’m getting ready for my yard sale,’ she said. ‘Getting ready to move into my caravan. Woo.’
And pictures from Saturday revealed huge piles of rubbish in the property’s garden, as the mansion looked the filthiest it had ever been.
Snaps have shown the star’s house littered with piles of rubbish and old furniture.
The grounds of the property are also overgrown, while Katie’s infamous pink Range Rover can be seen in the aerial shots as well as several other cars.
The debris on the property looks to be a mixture of bin bags, old clothes, a computer screen and even a family photo.
Katie’s Mucky Mansion has caused the star problems for years and last October the she struggled to rent the house out due to it being ‘mouldy’ and ‘haunted’.
Earlier this month it was revealed Katie was due to be evicted from the property.
The first eviction letter, dated April 24, revealed that ‘the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am’.

But, the home subsequently fell into disrepair, leading to her 2022 Channel 4 show, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, which saw Katie attempt to renovate the 19-room property.
In 2022, her ex-fiancé Carl Woods had been using the garden as a vehicle forecourt for his used car sales business prior to the latest update on the home.
Despite the legal notices, Katie insists she isn’t being evicted as she told listeners on the latest episode of her The Katie Price Show podcast: ‘My house isn’t being repossessed.
‘I’m not being evicted and I’m not moving into a caravan, although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what the travellers have, I would love that.
‘I’ll also have another announcement to make on the 28th, bring it on sunshine.’
Katie recently claimed that she has been signed off from appearing in court for her mental health, after receiving backlash for missing her last bankruptcy hearing in April to go on holiday to Cyprus with Married At First Sight UK star JJ.
She had been due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court, but at the start of the hearing, lawyers said that she had told them at the last minute she couldn’t attend due to health issues. A judge described this excuse as ‘scanty’.
Katie then jetted off on holiday to Ayia Napa with her MAFS star boyfriend, facing public backlash after being spotted sunbathing together by the pool.
Taking to her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie hit back and claimed she had been signed off from court because she was ‘mentally not strong enough’.
Katie had been due to appear in front of a judge on Tuesday May 14 to plead to be allowed to keep her mansion

She said: ‘Everyone is like ‘oh she’s missed bankruptcy and she’s gone on holiday!’ No, let me address it…
‘The court knew that I wasn’t going to my bankruptcy, because mentally – my consultant at The Priory – I’ve been signed off for any kind of activity for court.
She went on: ‘I am taking my bankruptcy so serious, like I do everything else. It’s a very serious situation I’m in and it does look like ‘oh she’s just gone on holiday’…
‘No, my head at the moment needs a break. I had four days in my diary where I was able to go away. When I say I’m not mentally able and stable to stand in court at the moment because I have a lot of things going on behind the scenes I’m dealing with…
‘I’m mentally not strong enough at the moment to stand in court, be cross examined in front of the media and public.’
The court heard that Katie’s personal assistant had sent a statement from a consultant psychiatrist saying she had anxiety and depression , as well as other issues affecting her mental health.
Barristers for the trustees of Katie’s first bankruptcy asked the judge to order her attendance at a future hearing and said she should be ‘on notice’ that she could be arrested if she did not attend.
