Like I said the healthy way forward to me now, I want to wear no make-up and have my skin looking glowing and the Botox and the lips, I’m feeling really refreshed.

It comes after Katie realed the results of yet another round of lip fillers, having headed to the aesthetics salon for the fourth time in five weeks.

Katie, who last visited the salon to get her lips done on March 8, showed off her ‘extra, extra, extra big’ lips in a heavily filtered Instagram video.
The star admitted that her lips had been left heavily bruised after the filler was injected through ‘scar tissue,’ but despite the damage she felt ‘so good.’
Katie went onto share videos of her latest salon treatment, posting the moment the filler was injected into her top lip.

The star has spent over £130,000 on cosmetic surgery and it seems she doesn’t plan or slowing down, despite it being less than a month since she showed off the results of her latest bum procedure.
Despite her extensive love of injectables, in recent weeks Katie has been calling for an age limit to be introduced on facial fillers, and insisted on Radio 4’s Women’s Hour that she’s not a ‘hypocrite’ despite her own surgical history.
She said: ‘I’ve been around the world and seen different surgeries… and the thing is, I know about filler, you might have filler, but eventually… it drops… it’s still chemicals you’re putting in your face.
‘But I just think… there should be an age limit on it, and (we should) educate girls, why do you need to have all this filler and everything pumped in your face? Just look at when you are my age, it’s different when you’re older than that, but you know, they’re babies still.’
Katie also said that before and after pictures of plastic surgery on social media failed to take into account the recovery period, which can involve bruising and stitching.
She added: ‘My advice is, don’t just go abroad and stuff because it’s cheaper, why don’t you contact some of the people on there who’ve done the before and after, and message them and say, ”Look, I’m thinking of having this done? What was it really like?”
Last year, the Government launched a consultation to gather insights and opinions on how to make Botox procedures and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments including face fillers safer.
Katie also urged young women to ’embrace what they’ve got’ and said she is worried that they could become addicted as ‘in 20 years’ time there’ll be a new procedure or something’.
She did not rule out new surgeries due to her struggling with her perception of her own body.
‘I don’t have surgery to look younger,’ Katie said. ‘I don’t know what it is, but I definitely have a relationship with the surgery, I think about not feeling probably good enough or needy or not very pretty.’
Katie visited Lift Aesthetics in January after admitting she wanted a ‘new bum’ in the New Year because of her ‘awful cellulite’.
Katie is no stranger to cosmetic surgery and has had nose jobs and other work such as fillers and Botox, liposuction, eye, chin and lip surgery and vaneers
Taking to Instagram in January the star shocked followers as she uploaded a video of her recent tweakment.

Katie has always been candid about going under the knife and during an interview with the Go Love Yourself podcast in October she divulged her concerns over suffering body dysmorphia, due to her resistance to accept her image.
She said: ‘I know sometimes when I have gone too far. I have been there done it with all the fillers. I don’t have fillers now.
‘I do in my lips and I have Botox because it got to the point where my face just looked like a balloon. Like really shiny.
‘I am starting to look alien. It is purely for me, that’s the difference.
