Katie Price showed off her surgically-enhanced assets as she went topless in Ibiza on Saturday after having more filler added to her bum.
The former glamour model, 47, is no stranger to going under the knife having undergone a host of procedures over the years.
She’s had at least 16 boob jobs, three rhinoplasties and two facelifts, but this year Katie’s focus has been on her bum.
After visiting a surgeon in January for a butt-lift, the mother-of-five has had filler added on at least a further two occasions with her latest visit being earlier this week.
And during her latest holiday, Katie stripped down to a pink bikini to show off her new bottom.

Initially donning a matching pair of Barbie shorts, the 47-year-old later slipped out of them to reveal her noticeably slimmer figure – which has sparked concern amongst fans recently.
Wearing her hair up in a pony tail, Katie sizzled in the snaps which showed her putting on a very busty display as she soaked in the sunshine poolside.
The glamour model later went braless, leaving very little to the imagination as she strutted around the pool dragging an inflatable behind her.
Katie noticeably could be seen with a plaster on her lower backside having had filler added just days ago.
Katie’s latest addition to her bum marks the third time she has paid for work on it this year alone.
She visited Lift Aesthetics in January admitting she wanted a ‘new bum’ to break in the New Year because of her ‘awful cellulite’.
Just a couple of months later Katie stripped down to some skimpy underwear once again to flaunt her plumped backside after another lift.
But despite all of the work, Katie’s particularly thin figure has sparked a huge amount of concern within fans during recent months.

Amid a rare spate of British sunshine, the former page 3 model donned a pair of stylish sunglasses to cover her eyes
Last weekend the mother-of-five rocked up for a performance at a Pride event in Portsmouth, where hundreds turned out to watch her strut her stuff on stage.
But after stripping down to a racy black leotard, supporters were left concerned at Katie’s weight-loss.
The 47-year-old addressed her new look in a recent video on Snapchat.
‘Yes I’ve lost weight,’ she said. ‘That’s what I’ve wanted to do. I’ve wanted to lose weight.
‘Because the past three, four years ago when I broke my feet and I was in a wheelchair for 10 months because they said I’d never walk again, and obviously you put weight on being in a wheelchair.
‘And then I did all the IVF stuff, that also puts on weight. So yeah I did put on weight and I hated it, I felt uncomfortable and it wasn’t me.’
Katie – who has previously admitted she suffers with body dysmorphia – is believed to have spent over £130k on cosmetic surgery over the years, with the model saying she has no plans to slow down.
Fans however were left pleading with Katie to have second thoughts after she featured in a CBD oil advert earlier this week.

In the video, Katie exalted the benefits of brand SupremeCBD, telling fans it ‘really does work’.
Alongside the clip, she added: ‘Honestly you will all thank me for the recommendation, let me know in the comments if you have tried it!’
But many fans were less concerned with the oil and more worried about Katie’s appearance – with the star’s face looking worryingly taut.
One wrote: ‘I really hope she will stop having more surgeries.’
Others said: ‘Should never have messed with her lips and fox eyes. She was so naturally beautiful.’; ‘What’s happened to her face?’: ‘She needs prayers folks’.
Last month, Katie branded herself ‘ugly and disgusting’ as she watched back video footage of herself undergoing plastic surgery in Turkey.
In January, the mother-of-five flew abroad for ‘tweaks’ to her sixth £10,000 face lift and documented the trip for a new YouTube video.
Filming herself reacting to the clips, she looked at herself getting prepared for theatre and mused: ‘I’m so ugly there – that was before my surgery.’
She admitted that the team of nurses ‘don’t always understand English’, but revealed she was excited in the buildup because she ‘loves being put to sleep.’
Reflecting on her appearance pre-surgery, she said she looked ‘very skinny and gaunt’ and marvelled at the size of her breasts, revealing she plans to have more surgery on her assets in the future.

Watching herself signing the consent form she confessed: ‘I’m not not reading, just signing, I want to get in and get surgery done,’ before adding: ‘I actually look really fake and disgusting.’
Katie, who was also getting a mini lift on her nose said she ignored the doctor’s warnings about potential scarring and was just eager to get in and have her surgery.
After undergoing the tweaks to her facelift and nose, the surgery wasn’t finished for Katie.
She had planned to get her ears pinned back to match her new taut visage, but after her blood pressure dropped during the surgery, the doctors advised she get the procedure the following day under local anesthetic.
Watching herself getting the procedure, she insisted: ‘It didn’t hurt at all!’ adding, ‘but the question is – am I done?’
Examining her face in the video, Katie continued: ‘I do like how I look, it makes me want to have more now.
‘It’s so bad why am I watching this? I still think there’s room now to pull more [skin]’.
