The Kardashian-Jenners’ longtime private chef, Khristianne Uy, revealed that not even the famous sisters and their mother can resist the occasional ‘late-night snack’ after a boozy night.
While Uy, better known as Chef K, noted the stars adhere to a ‘really rigid’ fitness regimen to stay in such great shape, she revealed that when ‘the holidays hit… no one’s trying to slim away.’
‘So they do have their pasta, they’ll have their cheeses, they’ll have their breads, too. But they’re all so active with their walks in the mornings and their gym routines,’ Chef K told Page Six.
When asked what the reality stars request when they have the drunchies (drunk munchies), the rising TikTok star, who has more than 101,000 Instagram followers and 191,000 TikTok followers, says they ‘hands down’ always order up a grilled cheese sandwich.

Chef K, who has worked with the Kardashian-Jenners for nearly a decade, raved that she serves their grilled cheeses with ‘Rao’s Homemade tomato sauce.’
‘It’s just the easiest 10-minute thing,’ she raved. ‘Sometimes they’re like, ‘Ah, chef, you’ve been here 21 hours, but can you whip up another late-night snack?’ Actually, I started making that for them throughout the holidays, just a last-minute thing.’
The Filipino celebrity chef, then asked: ‘Who doesn’t love a grilled cheese with tomato bisque, right? Like, to soak up all the liquor.’
While speaking of Kris Jenner and her daughters: Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, Chef K noted ‘as far as their diet goes, they’re really disciplined.’
The cook added that the women do not consume ‘bushels of grilled cheeses’ or other ‘cheat meals,’ but when they do, they burn it off quickly.
‘Let’s just say they have one whole grilled cheese; they’ll make up for it by working out at the gym,’ she explained. ‘They’re really rigid about that.’
In addition to handling the family’s holiday feasts, from birthday parties to Thanksgiving and Christmas, Chef K confirmed she began working with the family as a ‘private day-to-day chef for Kris, before moving on to work for Kylie, then Khloé, then Kourtney and her husband Travis Barker’ and ‘a little bit’ for Kim, according to the outlet.
She’s since become their private events caterer for ‘all the major Hallmark holidays.’

Chef K mentioned the family loves themed dinners, including Mexican, Asian and Italian-inspired nights.
When they’re trying to ‘eat somewhat healthy, especially [on] the holidays,’ Chef K finds the best way to satisfy the women’s dietary restrictions is to make the meal ‘gluten-free.’
‘As long as they hear the words ‘gluten-free’ nowadays, it’s automatically healthy, right?’ she joked.
In addition to navigating Kourtney’s vegan diet, she is mindful to avoid cilantro in dishes for Kim, won’t put spicy peppers in anything for Kendall and only serves chicken breast or turkey as Khloe’s protein options.
‘The kids are the finicky ones,’ Chef K pointed out. ‘But with creativity, and as long as they’re part of the actual cooking, they’re willing to try it. They’re pretty good at trying things.’
