Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate ‘Coach’ Tim Walz was criticized for his display of unbridled enthusiasm during their latest rally in Las Vegas.
The duo had held their fifth rally in five days in the swing state late Saturday night in hopes to win over undecided voters – and Walz was pumped!
In a video circulating on X, the Minnesota Governor can be seen joyously clapping as the crowd goes wild and he walks around onstage from the podium.
As the music blasts through the speakers, Walz overflows with exuberance in the short clip. He happily waves to the huge crowd of party supporters cheering for him.

While some X users suggested that the former teacher had ‘villain energy’, others suggested he had ‘jazz’ or ‘spirit fingers’.
On August 9, GOP nominee Donald Trump had dubbed the Governor as socialist ‘Comrade Walz’ during a campaign rally in Montana.
Speaking to a crowd of thousands at a sold-out Brick Breeden Fieldhouse at Montana State University in Bozeman, the ex-president decried Kamala Harris’s running mate as an extreme progressive.
Bashing his initiatives as governor, Trump ridiculed Walz’s decision to provide feminine care products in schoolboy’s restrooms and his performance during the George Floyd riots in Minneapolis.
‘As Minnesota’s governor, Tim Walz let rioters and looters burn down Minneapolis,’ Trump said. ‘Tim Walz is a man who is very freakish.’

‘Walz said socialism is just another form of neighborliness,’ Trump declared to the crowd. ‘He ordered tampons in boys bathrooms.’
The ex-president slammed Walz for being endorsed by self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, calling him socialist.

Soon after Harris’s policy announcement, the former president jumped onto his social media website, Truth Social to accuse her of copying his ideas.
‘Kamala Harris, whose “Honeymoon” period is ENDING and is starting to get hammered in the Polls, just copied my NO TAXES ON TIPS Policy. The difference is, she won’t do it, she just wants it for Political Purposes! This was a TRUMP idea – She has no ideas, she can only steal from me.
‘Remember, Kamala has proposed the LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN HISTORY – It won’t happen. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!,’ he unhappily wrote.
