Grace Jabbari, the ex-girlfriend of Jonathan Majors, has dropped a lawsuit against him.
Attorneys for Jabbari, a British dancer, dismissed a federal lawsuit she had filed against the 35-year-old actor on Thursday, according to Variety.
The dismissal comes nearly a year after Majors was convicted of two misdemeanor counts in December for assaulting Jabbari.
Prior to the assault, Majors’ career had been on an upswing, and he had secured a role as the title villain in Marvel’s Kang Dynasty, but the studio dropped him after his conviction and canceled plans for the film.
He got good news on the legal front just days after he revealed he had gotten engaged to Meagan Good during the couple’s joint appearance at the 2024 Ebony Power 100 on Sunday.
Neither Majors nor Jabbari have commented on the dismissal.
