EXCLUSIVE
Celebrity chaser-turned-cop Beau Lamarre-Condon painted himself as a wealthy, jet-setting influencer who lived a life of luxury on the side of serving the community as a senior constable for NSW Police.
Photos posted on his now-deleted Instagram show him travelling in private planes sipping champagne, gallivanting around Europe with designer goods, and riding a horse shirtless along a beach in an exotic tropical destination.
It is unclear how the alleged killer, 28, accumulated the wealth that funded his exorbitant overseas trips and luxury cars.
He is now charged with murdering Channel 10 presenter Jesse Baird and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies after their bodies were found stuffed inside surfboard bags and buried in a bush grave.
An ex-police officer who knew Lamarre-Condon during their time training at the NSW Police academy in Goulburn said the source of his wealth was a frequent discussion among his fellow students – and even teachers.
‘When we were making friends at the academy and adding each other on socials, [we saw] he had photos on his social media of him with Louis Vuitton bags and the like – photos with red carpets and him in a private jet,’ they told Daily Mail .
‘A lot of other students, including myself, had questions as to how he had the means and income.’

Shattered friends and loved ones on Tuesday paid their respects at the house in Paddington where Baird and Davies were allegedly murdered by Lamarre-Condon using his police weapon
The ex-cop said she was aware Lamarre-Condon’s family lived in a ritzy area of south Sydney, so she assumed he came from an affluent background.
However, she said Lamarre-Condon had told others he was an ‘influencer or blogger’ and the cash, travel and lavish lifestyle ‘came with the job’.
Lamarre-Condon had a following of about 24,000 followers before his account was shut down, which would classify him as a micro-influencer – a term used to describe niche influencers with a following of between 10,000 and 50,000.
With his humble following, Lamarre-Condon would have been able to earn between $100 and $500 for each sponsored post, according to 2023 rates.
A man who went on a date with Lamarre-Condon last year said he unfollowed him on Instagram afterwards.
He, too, was confused by how a junior cop, with an annual salary of between $80,000 and $90,000, could have so much cash to spare.
‘It made no sense that he could afford $100k+ holidays and a $100k car,’ he said.
However, Lamarre-Condon did genuinely seem to be cashed-up.

This online profile for a male gigolo called ‘Marcel’ suggests Lamarre-Condon may have been a sex worker during his world travels; however, it is also possible his photos were used without permission. The page describes ‘Marcel’ as heterosexual, even though Lamarre-Condon is gay
A former acquaintance told Daily Mail he would wear designer clothes and ‘was always getting around with different luxury cars’.
He said the alleged killer cop was driving a Mercedes in 2018 – a year after he graduated from the police academy – but was spotted behind the wheel of a grey Tesla early this month when he chased – and successfully snapped a photo with – Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker.
‘He was always quite secretive about where the money came from,’ the acquaintance said.
‘There were rumours he must have had a rich boyfriend.’
A former acquaintance said Lamarre-Condon would wear designer clothes and ‘was always getting around with different luxury cars’, despite junior cops earning between $80k and $90k
Lamarre-Condon is alleged to have driven to the Southern Tablelands last Wednesday in a rented van with an acquaintance and bought an angle driver and padlock on the way
In a bizarre twist, Daily Mail can reveal several photos posted on Lamarre-Condon’s Instagram were also published on a male sex worker’s online profile.
The profile appears to be fake and it is likely Lamarre-Condon’s images were used without his permission.
‘Stately and handsome elite gigolo,’ the profile, under the name Marcel, reads.
‘He likes to take care of himself, so he always looks presentable, stylish and has a pumped-up body.
‘He travels a lot around the world, knows languages, goes to restaurants and nightclubs. Provides services to wealthy girls. Guarantees confidentiality and a lot of vivid impressions.’
The page, which features photos of Lamarre-Condon in a private jet next to an Hermès bag (valued between $11,000 – $60,000) and in Budgy Smugglers at a plush hotel on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, describes him as a Frenchman based in Bolivia.
He is listed as a 34-year-old heterosexual, fluent in Spanish, English and French, who is interested in servicing women as an ‘escort’ and with ‘erotic massage’, with prices ranging from US$350 (AU$530) an hour to US$1,200 (AU$1,830) a day.
The profile was registered in November 2022 and has been viewed 600 times.
The revelations come after police discovered the bodies of Lamarre-Condon’s alleged victims: Channel 10 presenter Jesse Baird, 26, and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies, 29.
Police will allege he shot the couple with his service weapon at the Paddington home Mr Baird was renting at about 9.50am on Monday morning.
Mr Baird and Lamarre-Condon previously had a ‘friends with benefits’ arrangement, but Mr Baird did not wish to pursue a relationship with Lamarre-Condon.
After the alleged double-murder, police say Lamarre-Condon hired a van that evening and disposed of the bodies at a property on Jerrara Road, in Bungonia in the Southern Tablelands, sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
The bodies were found in surf bags that were located close to a fence-line, partially hidden by rocks and debris.
The former police officer who was once acquainted with Lamarre-Condon said she was shocked by the horrific allegations.
They said Lamarre-Condon had told fellow students his mother was an inspector with the NSW Police and everyone presumed he wanted to follow in her footsteps.
It has since been established that, despite Lamarre-Condon’s claims, his mother was an unsworn member of the force.
‘He was lovely and, on face value and what I knew of him, he just seemed like a young kid with a career goal of joining the cops,’ the former officer said.
Lamarre-Condon was arrested and charged on Friday after handing himself into Bondi police station following a highly publicised and desperate search to find the missing couple.
He did not apply for bail at a hearing later that day and is in protective custody at Silverwater Correctional Centre. He is next due to face court on April 23.
