Jackie ‘O’ Henderson showed off her fitness regime on Monday as she did a home workout with her personal trainer in Sydney.

The radio queen, 48, was spotted having a laugh with her fitness coach Aimée Fischer-Gray as they took in the fresh air on her balcony.

The media personality showed off her ripped biceps in a basic white T-shirt teamed with black leggings. 

Jackie was all smiles as she hoisted a small dumbbell up to her chest and began to do squats with her trainer coaching her from the side.

At one point, the grin fell from the beauty’s face as the workout became more intense and her muscles began to ache.

She appeared to finish off her session with a few sets of Romanian deadlifts while still using the dumbbells. 

Earlier this year, Jackie spoke on her weight loss journey with co-host Kyle Sandilands on their Kyle and Jackie O Show.

She revealed she often skips breakfast, tapping into the benefits of intermittent fasting.

Jackie said she’d shed a whopping 18kg in just five months, but was forced to shut down rumours it was due to taking a celebrity weight-loss drug.

She went on to say she avoids carbohydrates, and satiates her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.

Many speculated she was taking the drug Ozempic, but Jackie recently put those rumours to rest.

 She gripped the weight tight and held it close to her body as she did weighted squats

Her smile did not last for long

She said she lost weight the old-fashioned way – by following a low-calorie diet, exercising regularly and cutting out alcohol.

‘That diabetic medication people talk about taking, I don’t take that. I reckon [cutting out] alcohol and exercise was a big thing,’ she said.

‘I’ve never done [that] before so that was kind of the kicker for me.’

Jackie, who recently started playing tennis regularly, added that quitting alcohol and embracing exercise ‘was a big thing [she’d] never done before’.
