Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly left Limitless Win viewers fuming as the gameshow returned to ITV on Saturday night.
During the episode, the hosts, both 48, revealed that during the upcoming series someone would bag the £1million jackpot.
However, viewers were left less than impressed by the revelation, as they complained it spoilt the show to know someone was going to win.
Taking to X – formerly known as Twitter – one person ranted: ‘Oh cheers for that MASSIVE SPOILER – It’s not like I tune in to see how far they reached or how much they are going to win or anything #LimitlessWin.’
‘Welcome to the brand new series of Midsomer Murders! Where Barnaby is going to arrest the builder, cause he’s the murderer!

‘Hmm – I wonder what’s going to happen next week – just how little faith do they have in this show?!’
Also sharing their outrage, others said: ‘Well that was a hell of a spoiler on the next time bit. Knowing ITV they’ll drag it out to the last episode of [the] series to see the ones win a million.’
‘I do find it really weird when gameshows release info about the ‘biggest winner!’ in advance. Erm, you’ve just ruined the thrill of it being the biggest winner by telling me?’
‘Very sad Limitless Win had to spoil the next episode though it’s not the first time a show desperate for ratings has done this. [Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?] Annoyingly, it is a week until the next episode, how will I contain my excitement?’
‘Thanks for next week’s spoiler there ITV.’
‘So you’re just going to keep repeating the spoiler, to make sure it is spoiled for everyone, yeah?’
‘Massive spoilers are just killing Limitless Win. It’s moronic, no one wants it. Stop it ITV and keep the mystery.’
‘Well that was a massive unnecessary spoiler at the start of Limitless Win when they announced someone cashes out for a million.’
Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win is set to return for a fourth series after ITV bosses confirmed the current run would see one team walk away with a staggering £1M prize – the biggest in the show’s history (Hosts Ant McPartlin, L, and Declan Donnelly, R, pictured)
The biggest amount of money the series has ever awarded was £500K, so viewers can look forward to one lucky contestant having their life changed for ever.
However despite complaints from viewers, the show has proved popular and is set to return for a fourth series.
According to TV Zone, ITV bosses confirmed last year that the fourth series will air in 2025.
The entertainment quiz show, which launched in January 2022, saw over 6m viewers tuning in as they played along at home, becoming ITV’s biggest entertainment series launch since The Masked Singer.
The groundbreaking show, which features a never ending money ladder, gives contestants the chance to win the world’s first unlimited jackpot.
When speaking about the upcoming series Ant said: ‘We’re so happy that Limitless Win has been such a hit with the viewers, we love making it.’
He continued ‘It’s such a thrilling and emotional roller coaster of a show we can’t wait to make more.’
Meanwhile Dec commented ‘We’re bracing ourselves for another two series of high tension and nail-biting drama as more contestants take on the Limitless ladder.’
He continued ‘We’re excited to see how high they can climb now they’re so much more familiar with the show. Bring it on!’

During the show, Tina had told Ant and Dec that winning over £100,000 would ‘seriously’ change her life as she couldn’t afford to buy a home on her own.
Meanwhile Tracy admitted that she plans to take her husband on a round-the-world cruise as well as help out with her son’s wedding next year.
And after a shaky start, the sisters, who also claimed to be best friends, managed to get three answers correct exactly banking £100,000 in the process.
