An inspiring young n has marked 21 days of being drug-free and is encouraging others to join him on this journey.

The young man has been sharing videos on social media, documenting his empowering experience of living without drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, or vapes.

In his most recent video, he proudly announced that he has been clean for three weeks.

‘It’s going to be tough. I’m now 21 days been off drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and vapes,’ he said. ‘Just believing in myself and using pure willpower and nothing else.’

He also offered some advice to others who might be battling addiction.

‘I’m just going to let you know, when you do decide to quit stuff, your brain is going to go into overdrive.

‘You’re going to be stressing, you’re going to be going absolutely insane, everything is going to tick you off, the smallest thing is going to send you into overdrive.

‘I just want you to know that’s okay. You can get frustrated, you can get mad, you can get upset, and you can bawl your eyes out.

‘But just stay focused. There are going to be so many factors that are going to play a toll on your brain and try and beat you and beat you and beat you, before you just fall in and cave into it,’ he said.

‘Dig real deep within yourself and know that you are worthy and you can achieve a good life.

‘It’s going to be difficult, your brain has been fed all these negative things your whole life, and when you take that away, your brain fights for it, it screams for it.

‘You’re not going to be able to sleep, you’re not going to be able to eat properly, you’re not going to be able to go to the toilet,  every little thing is going to be a frustration.

‘You’re going have to relearn how to deal with the slightest emotions, and that’s all part of it.’

He had an inspiring message for his followers and said he remains motivated as he transforms his life.

‘Just know it can be done… there are lots of impacts of life, but you just have to believe in yourself and keep pushing forward man.’

In a previous video, he revealed why he has embarked on his journey to become clean.

‘I haven’t been the best person in my life recently and to anyone else who’s been in my life.’

‘It’s a real time for change. I’m getting out of my destructive habits.’

‘I chose the most difficult time in my life to quit so I can build my mind, body and soul stronger than ever.’

He said he has moved on and is only focusing on the future.

‘I lot of people are coming back into my life from my past life and trying to bring me down and push me down and bring up past issues.’

‘Honestly none of that matters… it’s all in the past for a reason.’

Many Aussies commended the young man for tackling the addiction

‘You’re doing amazing! Absolutely inspiring,’ one wrote.

‘I don’t know you but I’m so very proud of you, I’m going through this with my husband and loving an addict is the most difficult thing I’ve ever done.’

He is trying and keeps trying, that’s all I can ask for,’ another wrote.

‘Good on you, keep going!! We can do anything we put our minds too. Always believe that and NEVER give up. You got this,’ a third wrote.
