Luxe Listings star Gavin Rubenstein has made a tidy profit after reportedly selling his prestige Sydney pad under the hammer for $8million.
The 34-year-old celebrity real estate agent bought the five-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in 2022 for $6.25million.
Located in up-scale Waverley, 8.5kms from the CBD, the multi-level home boasts an ultra chic design.
Rubenstein bought the lavish home soon after it was built by Future Flip, a construction firm specialising in prestige property, The Daily Telegraph reported.
No hard figure on the sale has been released by Rubenstein but the home is believed to have sold for around $8million.
