The Sun reports he plans to get rid of his central garden fire pit to make way for a more relaxed setting of a summerhouse and sunloungers around the pool.
He’s also reportedly dumped the BBQ area for an uber-trendy outdoor pizza oven, which costs well over £2,000.
The Oasis star also plans to have a feature tree at the front of the house, an Acer palmatum Bloodgood, which is a unique Japanese tree that boasts a gorgeous purple colour.
Even though Liam has his plans in motion and has started to make some changes, the environmentally conscious star has ensured that all of his historic trees will be retained and the roots protected via special measures throughout construction.
The swimming pool will also reportedly have a special heat pump, which means the noise level will only be 27 dB from ten metres away – the same as a soft whisper.
According to the publication, the planning application added: ‘An air source heat pump has been proposed to meet the heating requirements of the proposed swimming pool.’
‘This essential component is designed to efficiently regulate the pool’s temperature while minimising environmental impact, with the aim of reducing the carbon footprint associated with pool heating and avoiding the use of gas.’
Liam was previously given the green light to install new external doors and complete internal alterations as well as refurbishment works which included a fancy booze room complete with a posh bar and stools.
