Craig Revel Horwood is currently in the process of planning his wedding to his toy boy fiancé Jonathan Myring.

The Strictly Come Dancing judge, 59, who got engaged to his partner, 37, in 2020, has had to postpone his wedding twice already since 2022.

Craig has finally revealed he and Jonathan are tying the knot in 2027, giving plenty of time for them to save up for their big day.

Speaking about his upcoming nuptials, Craig revealed he is asking one of his sisters to be his best man – but is hoping his mother will be able to walk him down the aisle.

Craig gave an insight into his big day when promoting his NOW That’s What I Call A Musical.

The dancer and choreographer shared he wants to have a ‘hag do’ – stag and hen do mixed.

He said: ‘If my mother’s still alive, she could do that [walk down the aisle]. Well, I’m hoping. I mean, that would be great. My sister could be my best man, so that would be really cool.

‘She writes brilliant speeches and she’s hilarious so I think she’ll be my best man. So we’ll have to go on a hen-do. Or a hag do. I don’t know what to do about that, actually!

‘But it’s not until 2027, so I’ve got a couple more. I have to because the garden’s got to grow. And I do not want to have tiny little plants everywhere. I want to look mature. I mean, I want it to look as mature as I am.’

He also hopes his nuptials will be a ‘big party’ when he marries love of his life Jonathan.

He added: ‘I’ve got loads of nieces and loads of grandnieces and nephews. It is going to be a big party.

‘And plus I need to save for it because I’m doing the house up at the moment.’

Craig has had to postpone the ceremony multiple times since 2022 due to work scheduling and unfinished works on their house.

He previously revealed the happy couple will wed at Normanton Church at Rutland Water, in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close friends and family followed by the giant party at their home.

Last year, he told Best magazine: ‘We want no more than 250 people so we can’t go too wild, but I want the A-listers!

‘I want Queen Camilla to come – we do know each other, from the National Osteoporosis Society (she loves Strictly, and like me, too).

‘Shirley Bassey’s getting an invite too, as is Alison Hammond. I just love her energy. I suppose I should have my fellow judges, too!’

The couple started dating in 2018 and got engaged in March 2020 when Myring proposed during a trip to Tasmania.
